Close but far away enough to avoid all the trafficPosted Jun 10, 2014
The hotel was great except the housekeepers need to work on cleanliness. The hair in the bathroom floor and shower was not inviting. Otherwise the experience was great. New furniture and appliances was well appreciated...now work on getting new alarm clocks.

Overnighter mini getawayPosted Jun 8, 2014
We decided to stay the night while in pigeon forge but forgot the pack and play for our 16 month old. Found this hotel with a great deal on expedia and were pleasantly surprised when we got there! They had a crib with a sheet and blanket waiting for our son. They were all so friendly, breakfast was good, room was clean & very spacious, and nicely updated. Next door to the outlet and close to the attractions. Will stay there again!

Nice hotel.Posted Feb 24, 2014
Pros: The kindness of the staff and the williness to help.
Cons: Breakfest could be a little better more choices on the food side.
Location: Very close to the Tangler outlets and also close to several restaurants.
The stay was good, the front desk people were very helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Dirty old placePosted Feb 17, 2014
They said it was newly renovated and nice..it had some new stuff but was tiny and dirty. Bathroom had hair in shower and rust and some nasty brown liquid was all down pocket door in bathroom which didn't even close. The hallway smelled very strong of cigarettes and dogs barked all morning. Never again will I go to this Sleep Inn in Sevierville TN.

Convenient motel on the ParkwayPosted Feb 15, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, convenient location. Friendly staff. Free, fast Wi-Fi.
Cons: Window in room with a draft of outside air.
Location: Near to shopping and attractions in Pigeon Forge, as well as to Sevierville.
I made this reservation due to inclement weather. I needed a reasonably priced room near my business location. This hotel was convenient to both Sevierville and to Pigeon Forge. There was remodeling taking place during my stay, but it didn't interfere with my stay.

Good hotelPosted Jan 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
As far as good hotels go, I guess it was average. There was nothing really that stood out above others. It was fairly clean (some wear and tear) and convenient to everything we* needed as we were passing through. I recommend it for a night's stay.
