Nice hotel.

Pros: Convenience. Friendly staff and clean!
Enjoyed staying here. Unusual to get a complete free breakfast for continental. We had double bed room. Very clean. A little tight on space and beds were way too small but very comfy.

I needed a extra chair, the man at the desk didn't know where one was,so I told him I would get one out of the breakfast area,He came up with one out of the office.Why would a room have only one chair to a room?

Thank you for your review. We provide a lounge chair in our King rooms only, but all our rooms do have an executive desk chair. This is per the brand standards with Choice Hotels. Okay but smells weird

Pros: The staff was amazing.
Cons: The smell/scent of the pillows/sheets/comforters.
Location: I was in Sevierville on business.
I enjoyed my time at SleepInn even if it was only for one night. The only thing that bothered me was the smell of the pillows/sheets. It was a very strong, strange scent that kept me from sleeping well. Also, the lobby/hallways/breakfast room were so hot and muggy. My hotel room AC was my best friend. The staff was fantastic and very friendly. They were very welcoming and enjoyable to be around. Also the breakfast was delicious! They offer a great variety.

We have discussed this matter with our Executive Housekeeper and have looked at why this issue occurred. I apologize for this inconvenience. We did have an issue with the A/C unit for the hallways, this issue has been corrected. Nice hotel

Rooms have been remodeled and updated. Early check in was no problem at all. Wifi was strong and problem free.

It was a very nice hotel. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The rooms were very nice. I would only recommend the waffles for breakfast. I didn't care for the eggs and gravy but my fiancé didn't mind them. As for the hotel, I would stay there again.
