We loved it. The hotel and all the attractions in the area makes us want to come back to visit.

“Wonderfully Friendly”

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The entire staff went above and beyond to provide an "AT HOME" feeling while we came and went. I would definitley consider staying there again.

I was pleased with this hotel, with it's indoor pool and lazy river. It is convient and not expensive! It was clean and nice.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. No complaints. The staff went out of their way to make certain that we had an enjoyable stay. No complaints.

“Great Value in Gatlinburg”

This hotel offers a good balance of convenience and value. We loved the indoor pool, lazy river and large hot tub. There is an excellent pancake house just up the road a couple of blocks with great food and service. We would definitely stay here again.

beds were very comfortable. excersize room smelled very bad and equipment was in bad shape didn't even try using.breakfast ok,coffee very weak

“A decent hotel”

I liked the hotel and its location. The trolley ran right by the door and made getting into town very easy. My only two complaints are that the breakfast was a little skimpy and our tv remote did not work. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others

“Worth the price.”

Breakfast bar was excellent. My kids enjoyed it. Hotel room was decent for the money. Not 4 or 5 star. But good enough.

“Great for Kids!”

The pool and lazy river at the hotel were the highlight of my son's weekend...He absolutely loved this place. I thought the hotel was okay--clean and comfortable, and a convenient location. We could easily walk into town and do the "touristy" stuff, without having to deal with traffic or parking. The free breakfast was excellent- yummy waffles, as well as the usual toast/muffins/cereal stuff. Overall, I was satisfied and would go back there just because my family had such a good time.

“Not as Says...”

This was a nice hotel stay at but in the description it says 1 block from the Aquarium. That's not true...it's actually several blocks away. We picked this place to we could just walk to the aquarium with our 2 kids but we had to end up driving. If we had been by ourself, we probably would have walked but not with two kids(4 yr old & 3 mo old). Also my little girls feet were black after walking on the carpet. She took her shoes off(like little kids like to do) and in no time they were black. It looked clean but it wasn't. Overall, it wasn't that bad...I just wish it would have been where it says it was. =)
