Hotel was perfect for what we needed. The room looked just as it did on the website. We didn't eat breakfast there but it seemed like a nice selection. I would definitely stay there again.

Decent place to stay.Posted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: Cold air.
Cons: Breakfast selection and fresh fruit
Room was clean. Beds slept ok. Beds were very high off the floor which was fine for me but short folks would need a stepladder to get into them. Didn't eat the breakfast except for juice and coffee. Not a big selection and noticed some of the fruit was too ripe. Staff was pleasant and fast for check in/out. Decent location unless you have trouble climbing the hill up to the rooms from downtown. Was neither great nor poor. A decent place to stay.

My only disappointment was the location of the room itself. Wanted a balcony but instead I had a room with no view, just another building to look at. Last room at end of hall on poolside. Would not stay here again because of location of room. Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious and clean.

Very Poor Wi-Fi. Was not able to get on and stay on line with my I-pod.

Not the cleanest room.Posted Sep 7, 2014
My non smoking room still smelled of smoke. Our room had cake smeared in the door frame and an unknown substance smeared on the chair. Horrible water pressure.

Family weekend tripPosted Aug 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
This is a nice little hotel. We wanted a decent place to rest our heads, not planning on spending much time in the room. The 2 bedroom queen room we had was quite small but comfortable. The room had a larger than normal small fridge, a desk with a chair and a decent sized flat screen tv. The beds were comfortable but I would recommend bringing your own pillow. Also, the room was on the warm side even with the air on full blast (but that may have just been that units air having issues). The free breakfast was good, not over the top but good. There was a station to make waffles, sausage, toast & bagels, cereal, fruit and hard boiled eggs. Also, coffee and juice. The area to eat breakfast is a bit small but it worked. The location is great if you don't mind a bit of a walk. It is not a bad walk and our kiddos were able to do it with no complaining. There is a trolley stop right outside the hotel too if you don't want to walk. Oh, and the pool area is nice. The lazy river is small but perfect for just a few people. The pool and lazy river are a warm comfortable temperature. The hot tub is HOT - which I thought was nice. The whole pool area is clean and the staff provided clean towels just for the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

In Gatlinburg.Posted Jun 28, 2014
Location: On other side of town. Long walk.
Rooms overpriced. Could have stayed in motel 6 and not paid as much and had same room. Pool small , lazy river takes like 2 seconds to go around. Trolley never came. Waited 40 min.
