The refrigerator in the room stopped cooling, we let them know and they never fixed it...so all of the food items in refrigerator were no good and we could not use it the remainder of the trip...that was frustrating...otherwise was ok...

Property could use a really good deep clean but is ok for a couple days. The beds were not really comfortable but ok for a short stay. The price was good and the hotel is average.

Rooms were small but nice. The beds were small queen sized. The breakfast was really good. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. I would stay there again for the price. Check in process and was easy and checking out was easy.

Room was dirty, hair everywhere and lots of dust. Our blankets were not fresh on the bed from the previous people who stayed there. They had coffee and pen stains. Bathroom was disgusting. Toilet was dripping pee on the floor and had hair on the bottom.

When i arrived to my room there was dirty water left in the hot tub in my room. Then when i brought it to front desk attention, he gave me a different room. When i went to that room the kwy wouldnt work so the front desk guy came and unlocked it and when he stepped in he was shocked because there were 5 wet bath towels laying across the floor. So he asked for us to wait in the lobby and he would clean the original room. We had to wait in the lobby for close to 1 h 15min before we even got to our room. So the whole process took about 2 hours before we got in our room. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anybody. And the rooms were disgusting. There were mold in the seals of all the faucets. There were cockroaches. And on top of that our fireplace didnt even work.

The hotel was in walking distance to hundreds of restaurants, stores and attractions. The free breakfast was amazing. The hotel had an indoor hot tub, lazy river and pool. It had amazing beds and a fantastic shower. The hotel also offered $0 delivery fees for customers for Grub Hub Delivery. It averaged $70 a night. There were vending machines and ice machines on every floor. There was also a trolley that could take you to stores, etc if you didn't want to walk.

Check in and check out was very easy.The room was just like it pics on the web site . Hotel was convenient to everything . Continental breakfast was great ! Overall , we were happy with our stay 😊

Overall great
The man who checked me in was very nice and the room was clean. I loved i had a room to sit in and watch tv before going to bed. The jacuzzi was amazing the only thing wrong was the bed was so hard and very uncomfortable i didn't get any sleep. The pillow went flat very easy.

I liked that the location was away from traffic noise but still walkable to downtown area. There’s an amazing pizza place next door. Half the time the elevators weren’t working when we needed to go up, so we had to walk 6 flights every night. There was an entire middle school football team there and the staff didn’t care that they were running around all day and night, leaving nobody else breakfast, dropping water everywhere from the pool. The room was so tiny that me and my husband could barely move at the same time in there. I was very disappointed in the elevators mainly, because I have severe asthma and it made it very uncomfortable for me.

Short staff. Noisy. Pool was cold. No one to bring towels to our room. No clean bath towels so we had to use pool towels. We were charged twice and had to wait several days for the money to go back into our account.
