It was very clean. The staff was always friendly and ready to help. The kids loved the pool. The breakfast service was good as well as the food.

This was our first vacation with our two young daughters. They have never been away from home or their own beds. They had to sleep together for the first time. They loved the room, and that was very important for us. They want to go back. :)

I was surprised to find out this hotel was 3 years old. I would have bet money it was brand new. They take alot of pride in the property. Staff is helpful and very friendly. My room was extremely clean. And the indoor pool was very warm. Kids loved the waterslide outside.

My grandsons and I loved the hotel! It was attractive and clean. We wanted for nothing. The boys loved the shower The staff was great and the donuts were to die for. Would definitely stay at the Rafaello again.

The hot breakfast bar provided an excellent way to start the day. The room was clean and new, although a little smaller than I had anticipated.

Pool is tiny, tiny!!! Really, about 5 people can swim comfortably. The breakfast was average at best. Other than those two items, the hotel is a great choice for families and is in a great location.

Condition of the pull-out coach was horrible the girls got no sleep. The mattress was in really bad saging shape.

We spent 3 nights at your facility, On arrival the desk personal were courteous, professional, friendly, and efficient. Everything was explained to us, including the amenities which were offered to us. The room was large and pleasing to the eye. Very comfortable beds and pillows, Room temperature was very comfortable. Housekeeping staff were pleasant, friendly and non intrusive. They did an excellent job on refreshing our room. The indoor pool, hot tub, and exercise room were kept very clean, water and air temp very well controlled. The pool outside was heated, clean, and there was a adequate number of lounges and tables.. Coffee and fruit was available at all times. The breakfast was well attended, staff assured that all containers were filled as needed, food quality was good, and a very good variety was available. The only complaint I had was the breakfast sausage tasted very bland. I would recommend this hotel to all, and will definitely stay there again.
