Works for the money.

Posted Nov 27, 2014
Pros: Location
Of course the rooms are outdated, water stains on the ceiling, and the bathroom is small, but they were clean. The staff was helpful. It was a lot cheaper than all the other hotels, the breakfast was good, and the location is central to everything. If you want to spend your money on having fun and not luxury than this is your place.

Clean hotel convenient location.

Posted Nov 16, 2014
Pros: Location.
Cons: Size of the bathroom could be increased.
Location: Close to shopping and food. Liked the fact that we could walk to everything.
Room was very nice and clean. The only draw back was the size of the bathroom.

Said they had a hot tub. Looks like it hasn't

Posted Nov 12, 2014
Pros: It was close to downtown.
Cons: Updating would help a lot.
Location: Close to the mountains. Smokey Mt national park nearby. A lot to do downtown.
Walk in two room smelt really bad. Like they sprayed something to cover the smell. Bathroom had mulled around the bathtub. And by refrigerator electrical outlet was coming out of the wall. Left a day early no refund.

Great location and affordable

Posted Oct 31, 2014
Pros: Great location! Short walk to all the shops and restaurants. Affordable.
We had a great stay at the Super 8. We stayed 3 nights, on a very busy weekend. For the short times spent at the hotel, we had no problems. Our room was clean, with maid service each day. A little outdated, and some things needed replaced, such as the blow dryer and fridge (which needed defrosted.).

Great stay but must upgrade mattress

Posted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: Clean sheets and towels. Cold A/C, great location
Cons: Mattress
We had a great time in Gatlinburg thanks to the Super 8. Located within walking distance to sth strip. Friendly and helpful staff. Cozy room but the mattress NEEDS to be replaced. All metal springs, no cushion, so we didn't sleep very well and I'll be at the chiroprator for awhile. If I knew they would upgrade the matresses I would def stay again.

Great hotel in downtown Gatlinburg!

Posted Oct 7, 2014
Pros: Location, parking, and cleanliness!
Cons: Bigger lobby for breakfast. It gets pretty busy with all the families, etc. Still very nice!
Location: Just a couple of blocks walk to downtown Gatlinburg with shopping and lots of eateries! Old Smokey Holler is a must to see! Convention Center close!
Easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg with lots to do. Breakfast was really nice in the hotel. Parking was convenient and safe!

This was a renovated room, similar to the pictures, and met expectations. However, so many things were packed into the bathroom making the room really not very comfortable. In the bathroom not far from where you poop, you will find the refrigerator, the microwave and the coffee maker. It just wasn't appetizing.
