We drove over ten hours to Tennessee for a wedding. We always book our hotels with our card but pay cash once we get there due to our bank not liking the state and locking our card. Usually when the hotel calls to confirm our reservation they inform us if they don’t accept cash and we book somewhere else. This location never informed us of this. After our long drive we get there to check in and the front desk was extremely rude through the whole process. We ended up being told that since we had to pay in cash even though our card was on file in the case of damages and what not we would no longer have a reservation and was canceled. So now we had no where to stay while being 1,000 miles from home! The front desk guy then told me I should have just paid over the phone with my card when I booked over two months ago. I asked if I could just call a family member and have them pay with their card over the phone now and I’ll just pay them when we get back with the cash I have on me to cover my room. He then proceeded to say no we don’t accept over the phone payments after just telling me they did. We ended up finding another hotel that accepted all forms of payment and had a nice trip. If you don’t want a hassle or run around with them changing on you last second beware of this place!

It was a very good place. The staff was vey kind and thoughtful. Convenient to the activities that we were involved with. Would definitely use it again and recommend to others.

I should of know the moment I was checking in that this was not a good place to stay the front desk lady was so disrespectful giving me mean looks taking to me really rude I asked for a manager and she said that she didnt had time to call. Dirty room sheets, no towels in the room I asked to be room changed and front desk lady said that they didn't had another room available I asked for a refund she said no. So I left that place and stayed somewhere else

Arrived at the place at around 1:45 wouldn't let us check in which the lady was rude the way she said which I'm 69 years old and been to pigeon forge a bunch of times and all the other motels let me go on to my room also had a king size bed room reserved for 2 months before we arrived and said something was going on with that room I took another room the house keeping lady was also rude the only thing good about the motel was dollar general was right in front of it I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone to stay at this was April 2nd thru the 5th 2024

There was nothing we didnt like at this hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff. The parking wasnt that great. It has very tight parking spaces but other than that. It was a 10 . We will definitely be staying here again!

Appears old and dirty. King rooms are all handicap accommodated (mirrors down very low and off the wall.). No carpet on the floor. Bed was comfortable.

The sink wouldn't drain and the walls are so thin you can hear people basically whispering in the room next door. ALSO, we were carrying our bags down to our vehicle 3 HOURS before checkout and someone came in and started prepping the room for the next person to stay in... We still had a few items left in the room and when we went back to get them the cleaning staff said "Oh, I thought y'all checked out already... I took your stuff (cellphone, charger, etc) down to the front desk... We hadn't even turned in our room keys yet.

It could have been cleaner, but Pigeon Forge is a busy area and I'm sure the transits are hard on the property. But I would stay there again. Location was good

A great value for the price! The hotel is definitely newer and is very clean. A free great hot breakfast each day and friendly staff. The comfort of the bed is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars but overall a great stay for the price!

We really liked our stay here. Room was clean, beg was comfy, location was good for what we were doing for the weekend, and the price was great. There was a pretty large hole in the bathroom walls which didn’t bother us but I’m sure might potentially bother someone else, which is why I’m including it.

This place was really nice. It looked very clean. It was very convenient located behind a dollar tree store. If you needed something you could just walk to the dollar tree store. All shopping and fun activities were located right outside as well. No need for much driving. The place looked very neat. No bugs like roaches or anything like that. I would definitely book again

They didn’t have a pool, which I didn’t need but for possible future stays it would’ve been probably used. The price for the night that I stayed was superb. The only real issue was you could easily hear things going on outside of your room. I would still stay here again if the price was still good

Internet was not usable. Tried multiple rooms. Needed it for work but was dial-up speed when it did work. 2 days and never got anybody to fix it. Heat/air thermostat was way off. Door broke. Breakfast was gone quickly. Floor above was very loud at night. Staff knew exactly which rooms it was and did nothing, just said they have a lot of kids staying in the rooms. Multiple complaints from others and they did nothing.
