The Inn On The River

We saw this hotel on a list and had only stayed in the area once at another location. Decided to book it and could not have picked a better location. The staff is great, everyone there friendly and the rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable, great private balcony with great view of stream with views of the area attractions and the mountains. We will definitely be back again. We are used to staying in gatlinburg but decided to do something different since our children are now grown and we were just by ourselves. We got an upgrade upon checking in and the room was great. It had a jacuzzi tub and a fireplace and was large in size. And all the rooms come with the mini fridge which is nice if you don't want to have to leave the room. The property has 2 pools one outside and one inside. And a walkway along the stream. I would definitely stay here again. And they have a nice breakfast in the mornings.

The staff at the front desk welcomed us warmly and helped us navigate the area. Our room overlooking the river was very nice (wish it had been a bit further back from the street) and our enjoyment of the ducks and geese made our stay wonderful! You deserve to be NUMBER 1 in the whole state!

Not too cheap, not too expensive! Clean pleasant rooms, up-to-date, roomy. Staff was very friendly, pools and hot tub nice. Right on the strip, can walk to a number of things. Note that the breakfast included is a FULL hot breakfast, not just muffins and coffee. Plenty of eggs and fresh fruit PLUS a commercial waffle maker at your disposal. I figured the breakfast I would order anywhere would be at LEAST $10 - $12 each so that made these rooms at $90 a real bargain. MUCH nicer than a $65 - $70 room which is what you would have to compare it to if you ate breakfast out.

Everyone at the hotel was fantastic, very helpful. Tim was in charge of cleaning our room and did a great job. A very cheery environment with clean rooms and a great location. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area. Highly recommended.

Update, very nice. Close to many restaurants, mall and things for kids to do. It wasn't over the top, but very nice.

Good Location to anywhere in Pigeon Forge. Very nice lobby, large clean rooms and bathrooms. Nice indoor pool and spa. Great patio on the river. Good breakfast. Loved the COFFEE in the lobby all day long.

This was our second stay at Inn on the River. The rooms are clean, the beds are nice, and if you have a room with a riverside view, it's so relaxing after a long day of walking. Rooms have WiFi and great amenities. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and will go out of their way to speak to you and make sure everything is perfect. The breakfast is wonderful as well. EXCELLENT place to stay!
