Wouldn't stay there again

Stained bath towels, sliding door to bathroom had grease stains on it, room was near pool which was very loud. Light bulbs in living room were burned out, television in bedroom would not receive but one channel. Every single piece of paper we received had some discount coupon plastered all over it, I was surprised there were none on the toilet paper. Other than that it was great!

We thank you for the review of your stay with us. It is very unfortunate to learn that you experienced so many issues with your unit. After careful and thorough investigation, we have been unable to locate any reportings of these issues. Had we been informed we would have been more than happy to take care of them so that you could have thoroughly enjoyed your stay. We would like to address those specific issues; The lamps in the living room are controlled by a light switch on the wall and if you tried to turn them on by just using the switch on the lamp could very well explain why they weren't working. The tv's in our rooms utilize a HDMI output cable DTA Converter box and in order for the cable channels to be projected on the screen the input on the tv must be set to one of the HDMI input selections. Our linen is sent off daily to an off-site cleaning facility and while we make every effort to inspect each piece as it is returned to us, it is possible that we missed one. Again, we are always more than happy to rectify any issue so long as we are made aware of the problem. The same can be said of the issue with the sliding door for the bathroom. A vast majority of our rooms are in close proximity to our outdoor pool and if you experienced any discomfort due to an increased volume in noise, we apologize and again would like to remind you that we are always available to address any issue that is brought to our attention. Close and not in a lot of traffice

Pros: Location
Cons: Need more parking space if we left and came back no were to park except in the winery parking.
Location: close to walmart and the track and a few places to eat .
Have stayed here before we like it here. Just need to update the furniture and get clean and new shower curtains and window curtains that well closed together. Need to make a walk through the rooms some of the lights were burn out and carpet needs a good cleaning.

Couple of nights away with my teenagers. The boys loved the location and the girls loved the water.

Decent

Pros: It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the room.
Cons: Exterior - get rid of the ugly sign.
Location: Hotel was at a main intersection - restaurants nearby
Decent hotel - there were three issues. 1) there is a big ugly sign on the side of the main building about nightly rates for condo's. The sign is very ugly and takes away from the resort. The exterior needs to be updated. 2) There was a green glob of something on the bathroom ceiling that we told the front desk about but was never cleaned up - there was even a stain on the ceiling around the glob. 3)Air conditioner - the room at night was very warm and we asked for help and they said the would offer fans. we had to go back down 2 days later and get the fans ourselves.

Very close to Dollywood

Pros: close proximity to everything; to include Dollywood
Location: Close to Dollywood - right down the road from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg - easy access to other areas such as Wears Valley, etc..
Nice basic hotel amenities - pleasant enough staff - pool and water slides were fantastic for my 9 year old

Great location and water activities for kids

Check in was great, the staff was very friendly. A nice pool area with slides and kiddie pools. Only a few letdowns - the bed was terrible, like it had a massive black hole right in the middle that you'd sink into. Also the walls seemed paper thin to the point where you could hear everything in the halls and even your neighbors. We would stay again if the price was right, but certainly not more than the $133/night we paid

Great place

Although the hotel is older it is kept up nicely and was clean and basically comfortable. The outdoor facilities are so awesome that it is worth the price of the room especially if you are with your family and have young kids. There is a full kitchen including dishwasher so you can save money on meals if you wish to eat "at home. " I believe the pools and water slides would entertain any kid for the day. So all in all its a destination in itself and worth the money.
