Good place to stay

Cons: Clean and courteous staff.
Location: Located right off the parkway where most everything of interest is located.
When arriving we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room and the amenities provided. It was wonderful compared to other 4 star facilities I have stayed in. There was only one small problem, the television remotes did not work. We called the front desk and did not get much help. Finally figured out the one in the living room, but never could get the one in the bedroom to work. Told management about the problem upon leaving. Staff was kind and courteous. Will definitely stay here again.

Not worth the price

Dirty bathroom walls, old gum under bed, stained sheets... In general, not very clean.

After check in I waited over 3 hrs b4 I received my room key. One elevator in the building where my room was located which took over 10 minutes for the elevator to stop on your floor. Overall, a nice hotel.

Thank you so very much for sharing your thoughts with us! We value all that our guests have to say whether it be good or bad. We are so sorry that we experienced extreme technical difficulties while you were checking in. The machine that we use to encode all of our guest room keys malfunctioned and as we did not have a spare one on site, we had to wait while one was brought to us. Once we got a spare unit and contacted the support staff for the machine, we were able to quickly make keys for all of our guests that checked in prior. As for the elevator issue, we can only say that with over 120 guests checking in, the elevators were doing all that they could to keep up with the high demand and for that we apologize. We hope that these 2 issues will not prevent you from staying with us again in the future. We all wish you a wonderful day and safe travels along the way!

Indoor pool with slides is awesome for the kids

Pros: Quiet and relaxing. Staff were helpful and courteous. The indoor and outdoor pool and slides are great for the kids.
Location: Dixie Stampede and Dollywood parks are close. You can take the back way around and miss all the congestion on the main street.
We bring our daughter and her family every spring break. Her children have one word "pool". They enjoy Dollywood and Dixie Stampede; but they could stay in the pool all day. Really enjoy the condo experience as opposed to a single room. There is a full kitchen in each room; but, good restaurants are close to the property. The price is right as well.

Would not recommend

The hotel was filthy. We could barely sleep. You could hear every noise. The mattress was extremely worn. We checked out early and stayed elsewhere.

Nice place to stay

Since it is winter, we did not use any of the pools etc. We had a great view of the mountains.

Needs new furniture

Beds were nice, kitchen was clean but the Furniture was ripped and stained everywhere needs replacing. Also pool area was not cleaned everyday
