cleanlinessPosted Jul 25, 2015
Pros: maybe location. right off main drag.
Cons: a lot, the breakfast needs improvement. Rooms need updating
Location: Gatlinburg was great, the location of the hotel was about the only thing that we liked.
the room was roomy, but cleanliness was an issue. floors were dirty and there were not enough electrical outlets to support our needs. we were disappointed in the room, it was overpriced for what we had. The bathroom needed updated. Bath tub was small, slippery and uneven. drain did not drain appropriately. The continental breakfast was a joke. they had a waffle maker and that was literally all we could make hot every morning for a week. The same fruit every morning (bananas) and little to nothing to choose from as far as cereal and pastries. The eating area was closed and locked except for breakfast, would have been nice to be able to get coffee or tea all day long, or even use the restroom with going up 6 floors to our room.

A Good Place To Sleep Near the ParkPosted Jul 10, 2015
We've stayed in many different motels in Gatlinburg and this was slightly above average. Clean room but has seen many visitors. No real problems with the room. Off the main drag but still within walking distance off all the downtown activities. Would stay here again.

Old & Off the Beaten PathPosted Jun 30, 2015
Pros: The view of the creek.
Cons: Needs to be updated in general.
Location: Crocket's Breakfast Camp was a short walk away. Very good food!
We stayed at Travelodge Inn for one night only to break up a long car ride. The inn is old, which is fine. But it smelled kind of bad, and it really didn't seem that clean. The balcony over the creek had a nice view, but it was shared and dirty. Also, most of the things to do in Gatlinburg were a pretty good hike from the hotel. The staff was very nice though, and it was okay for one night. I wouldn't want to spend more than that there.

Old, but cleanPosted Jun 26, 2015
It's definitely not the Hilton. Older, but clean and friendly and very helpful staff. Good place to stay on a budget. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

Nice views on the river!!Posted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: Nice location just off the Parkway!
Great experience. We will stay here again. Loved the balcony that overlooked the river. It was nice to be a block off of the Parkway and not to have all that loud noise.

This is an older hotel but they have remodeled the inside. Had comfy beds and great water pressure in the shower. I didn't like having to share the balcony with 2 other rooms and the front desk was very rude when checking in.
