When we first got to our room, the toilet was broken. We went down to the first desk and she gave us a plunger and we fixed it ourselves. The next day, the same thing happened. We could not fix it ourselves, but when we went down to ask for help, we were berated and yelled at by a man telling us that since we didn’t report it, it was our responsibility. He was very rude immediately and asked us no questions. The front desk staff had to come and calm him down. He really upset us. The lady finally fixed our toilet, while making fun of us about the issue, and told us it was because they are “low flow” appliances. At least put a plunger in all the rooms, please. The internet was my biggest other issue. Upon check in, I was given the wrong password and had to get front desk assistance, again. Every time I turned my phone off for more than one second, I was kicked off of the hotel wifi, and half the time, it didn’t work. I stayed at this property last year and it has severely fallen since then. Disappointed.
