If you’re on a budget and looking for something that is walking distance to the trails, food and attractions, then this hotel is a safe bet! Especially if you’re one of those who needs a sound machine to sleep because the river water sounds are magical! Shout out to Kerry at the front desk for always having a smile on her face to welcome us back each and every day! And the housekeeper was so sweet and accommodating (seriously they have the best staff here!) Best last minute vacation I could have ever asked for! Gold star for a quiet location just minutes from action packed fun on one side and quiet relaxing trails on the other!! ❤️

Great location off the strip and walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. The creek running by the decks was really nice, but if that's not your thing you may find it a little loud

Probably was one the best hotels we stayed at. After having an issue with a different facility they squeezed us in last minute with a king suite. Will definitely be back to stay here!!

Tight room, paid $150 , worth $70 or less on weekends, even lesser on weekdays. Bare minimum, didn't even give hair conditioner, gave only shampoo, body lotion and a cheap soap bar; are you kidding me! No, you are befooling us. For this money, have a "fabulous" view of old broken home in the right, busy noisy main hwy right on front, and not so scenic river stones on the left. You got it "all"! Is an old sleep-in motel! One of the worst family experience.

Honestly, the outside looks a little sketchy but the rooms are great. They have been recently renovated. The rooms are huge with separate living space.

This was a pleasant find! It is going under some remodeling, but that did not deter our stay. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Hearing the river was a bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

The outside of this motel is rough. However, our King bed room was huge and appeared clean. The only dirty part of our room was the couch bed- the mattress was yellow and had popcorn in it. The bed felt cheap and so did the couch but for the price, we were happy.

The location was convinent to are restaurants that we had planned to visit and out of the way enough you could enjoy the sound of the river flowing by. Unfortunately there seemed to be some construction being done on the building and the large tarp hanging on the side of the building was extremely loud. Overall a pleasant stay even though it was not the best experience with sleep.

Fantastic find of a hotel. Spacious and very clean room! We stayed here in early January for a spur of the moment trip and decided this will be our go-to location the 3 or 4 times a year we are in the Gatlinburg area. I would recommend bringing your own pillow as the ones in our suite were much more flat than I am used to! But otherwise this is a hidden gem!

We stayed here 4 nights. The room was clean and very spacious however the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. If you plan on staying here I would highly recommend bringing your pillows from home.

Everything works badly, the reception is slow and disorganized, they gave me a room that was already used and dirty, I had to ask for another one, but they gave me another one with only the beds made, it smelled bad and the microwave was dirty.

Excellent stay, not too shabby for a 2 star hotel. The ONLY thing it could use is a soap dish in the shower (no where to lay the soap or shampoos) and have some real eggs at breakfast. Otherwise it was great.

Rooms are updated and clean. Balcony was nice to sit and watch the river. Lots of breakfast items, scrambled eggs, sausage all fresh and hot. Cereal, yogurt, choice of breads items, pancake maker, fruit and more!

When we first got to our room, the toilet was broken. We went down to the first desk and she gave us a plunger and we fixed it ourselves. The next day, the same thing happened. We could not fix it ourselves, but when we went down to ask for help, we were berated and yelled at by a man telling us that since we didn’t report it, it was our responsibility. He was very rude immediately and asked us no questions. The front desk staff had to come and calm him down. He really upset us. The lady finally fixed our toilet, while making fun of us about the issue, and told us it was because they are “low flow” appliances. At least put a plunger in all the rooms, please. The internet was my biggest other issue. Upon check in, I was given the wrong password and had to get front desk assistance, again. Every time I turned my phone off for more than one second, I was kicked off of the hotel wifi, and half the time, it didn’t work. I stayed at this property last year and it has severely fallen since then. Disappointed.
