Beautiful resort

Pros: Easy access to Gatlinburg, shuttle service throughout resort, starbucks coffee!
The resort is beautiful and our room was very charming. Separate bedroom/ living room worked out great as my husband is an early riser. LOVED the fireplace (we went in November and had chilly mornings). Very charming room and had everything we needed.

Nice looking hotel with thin walls

Pros: Rooms are big, clean, enjoyed the full kitchen.
Cons: Noise proofing the rooms
Location: Located near downtown Gatlinburg and easy to get onto highway.
Hotel looks very nice and clean. Rooms are huge. In great condition. But the room sound proof is very bad. We can hear loud noises from our neighbor. If not for the noise, this hotel would be great.

Great resort

Pros: I loved everything except what I have already mentioned,
Cons: The mattress and linen.. Lets have some 200 thread cotton.
Location: Plenty of restaurants, shopping and things to do.
Everything was wonderful except the bedding I thought was sub-standard. Cheap bedding and not that comfortable. Mattress was substandard and the pillows and bedding was cheap. I am sure if you improved on that your establishment would be excellent hands down. The bed and the lined makes the difference between very good to excellent. I am sure if you included better sleeping accommedation this would be outstanding. I like to lay in luxury as well as live in it. Bedding makes a lot of difference. I stayed at the Marriot and I love the bed so much I didn't want to get up. Simply spectacular.

Great family oriented place. Fast and easy check in. Excellent amenities and a fabulous Waterpark for the kids. Can't wait to go back.

Water park not included...

Rooms are nothing like the pictures. Walls were paper thin, and out of date. All of the amenities are mediocre in quality and high priced. Would not recommend. Stay at wolf lodge where the water park is included.

Our staff is there to ensure that any issues are taken care of in a timely manner. Since our Wild Bear Falls indoor Waterpark is open to the public there is a separate fee for guests which is clearly stated at the time of booking. We certainly hope you will reconsider and give us another chance to provide you with a relaxing stay. Allie

Unbelievable customer service.

When I booked this hotel the night before our stay, I was expecting a nice hotel in Gatlinburg. What we found when we got there and checked in was the best customer service we have ever had at any hotel we have ever stayed in. From the minute my husband dropped ,me off at the door, to the first employee that greeted me when I stepped in to the hotel, I knew we were going to enjoy our stay. I am disabled and the desk clerk arranged for a different room in a close building without my having to ask for anything special. They have a employee accompany you to your room, unload your baggage and walk you to your room and show you everything that it offers, and to check and make sure that everything was stocked well. Such comfortable room amenities. Wonderful restaurants on site and 24 hour staff to make sure your stay is enjoyable and that they are just a call away if you desire anything. We will definitely be back to this fantastic lodge. Well worth the money.
