A rustic mountain retreat that sits on 70 acres in the heart of the beautiful Smoky Mountains and adjacent to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa offers the perfect locale for a scenic mountain getaway. Guestroom villas offer all the comforts of a fully furnished home with fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, separate living and dining areas, queen sleeper sofas, flat-screen TVs with DVD players, and balconies or patios. Accommodations range from studios to two-bedroom villas with 1,230 square feet of space that sleep 8 guests. Onsite amenities at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort include the 60,000-square-foot Wild Bear Falls water park, Westgate Smokehouse Grill, Serenity Spa, Mason Jar Lounge, two heated outdoor pools (seasonal), two hot tubs, 24-hour fitness center, playground, DVD rentals and 24-hour Smoky Mountain Marketplace. Trolley service is available to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
Rooms
Guestroom villas offer all the comforts of a fully furnished home with fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, microwaves, refrigerators and coffee makers. Our spacious living areas include sleeper sofas, air conditioning & heating and flat-screen TVs. Business-friendly amenities include desks and in-room safes. Each of our villas offers full bathrooms with complimentary toiletries and hairdryer .

Enjoy award-winning barbecue at the casual Smokehouse Grill, which serves breakfast and dinner daily (seasonal). The diverse menu at the Smokehouse Grill includes St. Louis BBQ ribs, smoked beef brisket, pulled pork, chicken, steaks, pasta, seafood, burgers, sandwiches and salads. A children’s menu is also available.
Full bar service and a bar menu of snacks and appetizers are available at the Mason Jar Lounge, which is located at the Smokehouse Grill.
Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa provides room service for the convenience of its guests. Guests will find an in-room dining menu in their villa or cabin. Room service is limited.
Recreation
Onsite recreation at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort include the 60,000-square-foot Wild Bear Falls water park with eight attractions, two heated outdoor pools (seasonal), two hot tubs, 24-hour fitness center, playground, Serenity Spa, and an activities program designed for everyone. “Will try to come back!”
Wonderful facility! Next time we bring the grandchildren. Only complaint was lack of WiFi service at all the units (ours was new and without). Hopefully this will be remedied. Highly recommended vacation spot!
“A Real Smokey Mountain Getaway”
What a beautiful resort with spendid views and amenities. My four sisters and I reunited here for four days, and the nicely furnished 2-bedroom condo was so plentiful that there was room enough for more. Nice fireplace to take the chill off, and wonderful heated pool. Even though the days we were there were a little cool, the pool felt wonderful. Would definitely return here!!!

Very nice place, easy to get in and get out. We were very impressed with the facilities and the accommodations. Great value for the money. Very clean and comfortable, and friendly service. We will be back, and with others.
“Nothing Better!”
This turned out to be my dream vacation. Westgate Smoky Mountain Resorts was a beautiful place. There is no other place in the area that I would have wanted to be at. The representation of this place was very modest as it turned out to be much more than I expected. We stayed in a 1 bedroom condo on the 3rd floor. There was a full kitchen, leather furniture, a never ending bed, a jetted tub, a balcony with a wooded view, Cable TV in the living room and bedroom, DVD player, stereo, dining area. The staff was friendly and would pick you up free of charge to take you to other parts of their resort such as the main lodge, grocery store, and indoor waterpark. There was a free continental breakfast at the main lodge. I can't wait to go back to this place!! I was so sad when I had to leave!
“Extremely convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge”
The location is fantastic and you can catch a trolley and not have to drive to either city. They are in the process of building a restaurant but this is a great place to stay plus the indoor water park is wonderful for the kids!
“I will only stay at this location from now on!”
I have been to Gatlinburg several times and Westgate Smokey Mountain Resort took my breath away. I will stay there from here on out. It was worth every penny. The service was geat, it was very romantic and it had an indoor water park for the kids!
“Great place for kids”
This resort had a spectacular indoor water park . The water park at things for all ages from big water slides to baby water slides. Our kids loved this hotel and are already asking when can we go back.
“A home away from home!”
All the friendliness of home and so much to do! We stayed at one bedroom condo with a king size bed. It also had a jacuzzie and a fireplace. Then when we arrived, I didn't expect the beautiful furniture and full kitchen and two baths. We were able to use the pool and the excersize room as well. Plus I couldn't believe all of the activities we could have participated in. There was so much to choose from to stay busy! All day on Saturday we just sat on our balcony to sun ourselves and of course use the blender to make some yummy drinks! To me this place should have been awarded more than just 2 1/2 stars!
“Wonderful Westgate Experience”
The service was great, people were friendly, and the accomodations were wonderful. Why isn't Westgate a Five star location?
“Great Hotel”
We were so pleased with this resort and can't wait to go back. They will be opening a water park and mini golf course on the property Fall 2005.
