Onsite amenities at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort include the 60,000-square-foot Wild Bear Falls water park (additional fees apply), Westgate Smokehouse Grill, Serenity Spa, Mason Jar Lounge, two heated outdoor pools, two hot tubs, 24-hour fitness center, playground, DVD rentals and 24-hour Smoky Mountain Marketplace. Trolley service is available to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Enjoy award-winning barbecue at the casual Smokehouse Grill, which serves breakfast and dinner daily (seasonal). The diverse menu at the Smokehouse Grill includes St. Louis BBQ ribs, smoked beef brisket, pulled pork, chicken, steaks, pasta, seafood, burgers, sandwiches and salads. A children’s menu is also available. Full bar service and a bar menu of snacks and appetizers are available at the Mason Jar Lounge, which is located at the Smokehouse Grill. Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa provides room service for the convenience of its guests. Guests will find an in-room dining menu in their villa or cabin. Room service is limited.
