“Awesome Hotel”

My Family and I loved this hotel. This is the second time my husband and I have been there and we will always stay there when we go to Gatlinburg. It is so convenient to get to everywhere and there are a ton of amenities. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Great Place”

This hotel is perfectly situated between Gatlinburg and Pidgeon Forge, making it easy to get to all attractions. Our room was private and quiet and a great escape from the crowds. Pidgeon Forge was not the country vacation we expected. It was crowded, the traffic was absolutely horrible and there were at least 2 hour waits to get into restaurants at 7:30 at night. It took us over 1 hr and 30 mins to get OUT of Dollywood. If we didn't have this hotel to get away from it all and bring our own food back to cook, we would have been lost. Two things. Although our room was in a great spot, it was far from the last parking spaces which made it difficult to carry lugguage up and down. And secondly, the tub drained way too slowly so we were standing in a foot of water while showering.

“Very nice”

The only complaint that we found was the Front Desk was courteous, but not very organized when checking in/out. The one clerk never even heard of AARP. The condo was more than we expected, very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

“Had a really great time”

My husband and I went and stayed 3 nights. We really enjoyed our 1 bdrm. The property is very pretty and close to all attractions. We ate at the lodge for breakfast and supper and it was great both times. One night we ordered from the waterpark for delivery..My husband accidentally dropped our food when it was delivered and they sent over a whole new order without questons. The staf is really nice and healpful. We will go back. Also the christmas lights were beautiful.

Westgate is a wonderfull place to visit and stay the view is breath taking.

The room and the whole resport was beautiful. The room was very nice, it felt like a home away from home! Great staff and location. I will definatley stay here for all my vacations in Gatlinburg TN.

“Wow, the best resort ever!!!!!!!!!!!!”

We got the 1 bedroom deluxe apt and stayed for 3 nights. The apt was very clean and had its own kitchen equipped with all the silverware and even some pans to cook with. Did I mention it also had washer and dryer? We were extremely pleased with the place. We will definitely come back to stay at this Westgate again!

“Really nice place”

Such a nice place to stay. We were very comfortable ie nice room,big fireplace,full kitchen,comfy bed. The surrounding area beautiful. Easy to get to surrounding activites and towns. One drawback-they highway that goes past can be noisy-I would request a room farther from the road next time.

“Great for Families”

This is a wonderful place to meet for a family reunion. The resort is beautiful and the location is great. Easy access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg via the Trolley, which stops at the resort. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

“Great Resort”

When our family goes on vacation we always stay in condo type rooms. This resort was wonderful, and the scenery was great. You are only a few minuted away from the main street of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. There are no complaints here.
