We stayed at this place for last 2 years. Last year stayed on wilderness side hotel was okay but rooms not as nice as Wyndham side. Everything on Wyndham side nice, newer, & even washer & dryer in room. That is huge plus since always have ton of laundry after returning home from vacation. Staff very friendly. Better to stay during week cheaper plus water parks very crowded on weekends. Things are a little pricey but there are several things for families to do ex: miniature golf, miniature bowling, rock climbing wall, big arcade, rope course above arcade, indoor water park & 2 outdoor water parks. Better to eat off premises lot cheaper, several restaurants close by.

As we were driving to Kodak, very dark, rotating, storm clouds were in the sky and I started receiving tornado warning messages on my phone. We arrived to our hotel just in time. The storm started as we were unloading the car. It was crazy. The hotel front desk lady booked us downstairs due to the storm. The hotel management/ staff immediately huddled everyone in the bottom floor hallway, they took roll call to make sure everyone was present and in case something bad were to happen. They offered us water, ask if we needed anything else. We stayed huddled there for about an hour. The rain and hail was so heavy. The wind was whistling so loud that it sounded like a siren. Water was pouring underneath the doors. All of the kids were crying. Hotel management got word a tornado had touched down in the area. The storm went around us and everyone and everything was safe. After everyone returned to their room, the manager went room to room asking if anyone needed to change rooms due to some of the windows leaking water during the storm. The hotel staff was amazing in a very intense situation. The breakfast was great. The indoor pool was great.

Just returned from a weekend stay during the Shades of the Past Rod Run in Pigeon Forge, Tn. Was extremely pleased with the facilities at the Baymont! I had read several reviews prior to booking, and was very well satisfied this would be a great place to stay. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here and given the opportunity, would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to all the staff who made our visit pleasant!

We have stayed at this motel several times in the past. It is right in the middle of the places we are interested in and is very reasonably priced. This is not a luxurious, multi-day vacation spot but for a clean, safe, overnight stay, you can't beat it. We will stay here again.

We planned to spend the weekend, and were not sure what area attractions were available or worth going to see. The front desk staff was very helpful, friendly and always willing to do what they could to make our stay better. We were met each morning in the dining area by Marrianne, who served breakfast. She was an awesome person, she made sure everyone was taken care of, the tables were kept clean, and food items were kept full and fresh. If you did not know how anything worked there, she was always on hand to assist.
We did have a problem with our housekeeper, she cleaned but not well, when we ask for our sheets to be changed, she did not change them, and she did not leave soap, we had to go to the front desk and request it. However the front desk was very nice and appoligetic for the error and made sure we had all we needed.

Hotel was well above my expectations for the price. Excellent staff, super clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast and within walking distance to town no need to drive and fight the traffic. This was our first trip to Gatlinburg and when we return again we will definately be staying here again.
