good hotel. restaurant very disapointing. good room. had a problem with one of the recepcionists at check in because he was busy with guests of a wedding and very unpatient. overall very decent experience.

Pros: Helpful staff very efficient. Cleanliness and overall condition of hotel very nice.
Cons: from a western european point of view room too warm, air con lowest temp is set at 16C. Also, even on 11th floor was very noisy from traffic.
Location: Great location even tho 20kms away from airport, straight onto O54 (motorway) and onto D400 (look at Googlemaps beforehand).
Stayed for just two nights, easy to find after arriving at airport 20kms away.

Pros: the exit
Cons: Staff not listening, or listen and then do something opposite
Location: good access from motorway.
Hotel was ok, on first appearance. when sitting in room and looking at quality of finish, it does leave room for improvement. cleaning could be improved, never enjoy seeing the last persons hair around the bathroom, and cleaner didnt even take away a half empty beer bottle left from night before. Room service listen, repeat the order and then always bring wrong item, ie tea instead of coffee. grilled vegetable item from menu with no grilled veg. instead of whatever was ordered they just bring what they could be bothered with. staff pleasant but inefficient. Room AC system was set to HOT. only Hot. no cold to cool room possible. 3 speeds of hot, very hot or very very hot :) after hours of trying to get sleep and adjust temp the only thing hotel did at 0400 when impossible to sleep was close the AC system and open window , this option cooled the room slightly but then couldnt sleep due to excessive traffic on main road outside hotel (its the motorway access dual carriageway.) SPA was ok for the price i wouldnt stay here again, stayed in many hotels in Gaziantep and thought would try this. 2 nights with hardly any sleep due to room temperatures and noise. and having to go out to eat as they kept screwing up the orders. travel alot and stay in a lot of hotels, never normally complain, but would avoid and go to other in town, like Antolian.

Dedeman Hotel

Hotel was probably a 5 star when it was new and has the facilities to be a 5 star, but it needs to have some remodeling done to keep it from being a 4 star. The staff was very nice and helpful and the food was good. The spa was nice and had a lot to offer. The hotel is in the factory district and has a big round-about in front of the hotel and creates a lot of noise and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the city center. They advertise a club in the hotel, but it is only open on Saturday night starting at 10 pm. Overall, a good stay, but would not consider it a top of the line 5 star as advertised because of some of the things explained above.
