“Exellent efficient and most helpfull staff . Hotel is spotless.”

The service of the staff and the genuine willingness to assist impressed me, if only this standard were the norm throughout other hotels I visit. Despite reading other reviews, I considered that the Location is convenient to centre of the Old Town and has ample on site parking if travelling by car and even if ferry across the water is not running, the main streets with a multitude of bars and restaurants is just a short stroll away. The adjacent Maritime Museum is set within a group of former granaries; it is most comprehensive very well presented display and a Must See whilst in the town. Hotel also adjoins impressive modern Concert Hall, home of the Symphony Orchestra.

“Great hotel in Gdansk”

Very clean and modern hotel in a converted granary we stayed in a riverside room which had outstanding views of the river and Gdansk. The hotel is situated on an island, because of this it is about a 15 minute stroll into the city centre but this is no problem as there is a great bar at the Hotel Gdansk on the way. We found the staff at the Krolewski to be very courteous,friendly and helpful without exception and the included buffet breakfast was excellent with an excellent variety of food (including egg & bacon) on offer. The only small complaint I have with the Krolewski is the lack of coffee making facilities in the room or the lobby making it difficult to get a hot drink if returning later in the evening, but overall an excellent hotel I would reccomend to anybody.

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location to Danzig's old city. Service is very attentive. Great breakfast. Super-clean room. Furniture is somewhat simple, but new bathroom.

Would definitely recommend this hotel..great location and character (converted grain mill by the river). Staff very curteous and helpful. Free internet laptop on request, free bottled water and shower items in room. Great buffet breakfast.

“Need to get the basics right on check in”

The check in experience was what let this hotel down, arriving after midnight and the 3rd bed not made up or ready as we had 2 young children with us. The hotel decoration was also a bit tired, but the rates / value for money for the hotel, check in excluded were good value for money in a central location. Breakfast included was average
