We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the hotel was in a great location. The first room we had though was quite outdated so we asked the front desk for an upgrade and they were able to accommodate us. I’d recommend if you book to stay here choose an upgraded room. Otherwise our stay was quite enjoyable and the location was fantastic.

Most friendly and helpful staff, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Great value for money service was attentive and efficient.

A really beautiful hotel with quiet spacious rooms in the lovely Old Town location. The staff are polite and helpful, and the breakfast is outstanding with buffet or menu options. It is walking distance to a number of attractions and there are many local restaurants in the area to choose from. .

The Junior Suite was amazing. We checked in and out very late at night, and the staff was always present and extremely helpful. The hotel was lovely and it is a beautiful spot in Gdansk. Cleaning staff were accommodating with our jetlagged schedule. We appreciate eco option for towels and cleaning, rather than assuming we don't want it and having to request it. This is good customer service. Excellent value for a very nice hotel.

The hotel is in a perfect, very central location to Old Town Gdansk. They have secure, underground parking with access to your vehicle throughout your stay (a huge plus). The buffet breakfast is very average compared to many others we experienced in our month long journey of Scandinavia and the Baltics. They definitely need improvement in this area. Staff was also not enough to handle the weekend crowds and we were unable to order off the menu.

Parking was an issue and FreeNow driver had hard time finding the hotel. I ended up leaving my car in another area of town and used taxi to get in. Otherwise an excellent hotel and the location couldn't be any more central to the old town. You literally walk out to the center. Also, our room was quiet and very comfortable.

My reservation gave me free drink vouchers and free upgrade if available. It was clearly available because they tried to sell it to me but I was not given an upgraded room without having to pay! No free drink either. No later check out (I was told it was not available but now would almost question it, given that none of these perks were available to me unless I paid extra!)

Great for families and great service
We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the hotel had character and luxury all wrapped into one. We had young children with us, and when the front desk called for a taxi for us at one point during our stay, they offered to let us borrow car seats. I was blown away at how thoughtful that was! They even said they would arrange with the taxi to have them delivered back to the hotel.

Price for the parking and breakfast is too expensive. Staff an the reception welcome you in english language, but we are in Poland, so the welcome should be in Polish. In the bathroom there is no fan in the vent, you cant be in the bath too long.

Hotel is perfectly located in the old town with the Green Gate just around the corner, through that and you're on the river. Everywhere we wanted to go was within easy walking distance with many many cafes, bars and restaurants within minutes of the hotel. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Was lovely to have a kettle and pod coffee machine in the room. Staff were efficient and helpful. Really couldn't fault our stay. Will definitely stay again if we return to Gdańsk

Think before book!
Totally unlike a five star hotel. Reception was not professional, booked a twin bed room, first was given a double bed. And then took more than 20 mins for changing with 2 staff. Reception not friendly and not helpful at all. The twin room share only one bed sheet. And the duvet only has a meter wide! Hotels.com gold vip is nothing, no room upgrade, no other benefits, nothing.

Upon our arrival we received a key to our room. Once we open the room, we discovered the the room was already occupied. The staff at the front desk were confused and initially told us that there is no other room available. Our reservation was made well in advance, and we traveled with a child, so considering late afternoon after several hours of traveling our daughter start crying. Finally, the manager got involved by a phone and they front desk lady managed to find us an alternative room. Besides the unfortunate welcoming process and mess at the front desk, the hotel is a nice place to stay, great location.

Amazing hotel, don’t judge it by outside of it, just enter the hotel and start enjoying already from the reception. The room we stayed in was big enough, very clean, all the toiletries included. Breakfast was amazing and you could also order extra from the kitchen above the buffet with no cost. Overall amazing
