“Not bad, but pricey for what's offered”
As mentioned in the check-in section, we were pretty much shown to the room and that was it, although every other member of staff we came across was more than helpful and excellent. Any requests or questions were promptly answered and they were friendly throughout.
The room felt cramped overall, with just enough room to pass around the beds. You could only use either the bedroom or bathroom doors one at a time as they both occupied the same space when opened. The bathroom was nice although the bracket for the shower head was far too low.
Cutlery and crockery are provided, but there's no kettle in the room. Each time we wanted tea/coffee we were able to go to the dining area and grab it from there.
Breakfast was fantastic. Amazing service from the lady there who really looks after her guests and provides a fantastic spread to choose from. She's always asking if we'd like more coffee/bread/ham as well. Very well treated.
Overall we were still quite happy with the room. It's a bit of a ride from the centre of Gdansk and quite a walk to the Oliwa gardens, but we'd still recommend it, just have a good shop around because you should be able to find larger rooms for the same, if not cheaper, rate.
