Highly recommend
Small kitchen ✔️ Extremely clean ✔️ Great location ✔️(Grovesdale hotel right next door - really fantastic pub) Heating, cooling, electric blankets ✔️ *The only issues were one electric was loose & the plug kept falling out of the power point & the curtains didn’t quite close properly But l would still highly recommend the Golden Palm :)

By contacting the Motel directly, we were able to arrange an earlier check in to attend a 4pm wedding. The room was very clean and tidy. Happy to recommend

Very good for the standard of this motel. Obviously not the most recently built, but the owners have done a great job to make it comfortable. No reception/door phone check in worked well.

The room was very neat and clean, well presented and well stocked with anything we might need. John was lovely to speak to and deal with. Its location was perfect, allowing us to travel to many different areas with ease. Despite its central location, however, our room was blissfully quiet and we couldnt hear any traffic whatsoever. Pub next door was also great and convenient

The room smelt like someone had been smoking in it all night. I’m 5 months pregnant and felt so sick from it, it was revolting. The bathroom sink and toilet had not been cleaned properly (which I took pictures). My husband owns a commercial cleaning business and we were shocked, I would be hiring a new cleaning company and make sure they are actually using bleach to clean the bathroom toilet and sink. Overall I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there!
