By geez you were so correct, Victoria had about 5 days of Summer, and we had most when you stayed with us. We did leave aircons on, especially the Park side which get like saunas, they would have worked very hard. Thanks again. we did replace the toilet paper holder as soon as you informed us, however our housekeeper should have picked this up. Sorry

I suppose you would rather stay in a 3rd world toilet, and burn to death. We did NOT PLAN this, it was your fellow guests COOKING in their room that set it off. And we fixed. In future we suggest you go an stay in hovell where nobody gives a care for your welfare.

Hello Robert,You where not impressed, Sorry you booked in the morning of your stay, please tell us WHAT DID YOU EXPECT, a view room ???? you got the last OF. and lucky to get the room, and really common sense would tell you NO VIEW rooms left. Nothing wrong with carpark views, better than what you would get elsewhere. Yes totally different picture, also depends on what site you are on. Over Priced, really you picked us because we were the CHEAPEST when you went onsite. and as usual you didn't read the full room descriptions, NO COOKING and only certain rooms have Microwaves, for heating ONLY. This is a NO COOKING MOTEL, too many people are very careless and set the alarms off. Honestly make sure you grace the Internationals in the CBD next visit, they will be pleased to look after you for at least twice the price of us. Have a great day.

I have explained many times, you book thru a computer system, it only sees vacant room, thence places you. Nothing to do with us. We place and advise what rooms are available, with OUR guests. Hello Folks,Not a problem it was our pleasure to try and look after you and your group. Apparently we didn't succeed.You booked a Twin room, that is what you got, consist of 1 x Queen Bed and 1 x Single Bed, with more then adequate walking room between. You asked for another chair this we provided, did you want a chair for everyone ? why didn't you ask for another 2 chairs ? I went to your room and flushed the toilet, not sure what you are cranky about ! YES Late and Early Checks you have to pay, its on all the websites, as these requests put a big strain and inconveniences staff routines. YOU also forgot to mention how we gave you OUR microwave to help you out, even though your type room does NOT have microwaves....You are Welcome by the way. We will just try harder, that's all we can do.Hope you come again.
