This hotel has a phenomenal location right across from the beach, with updated rooms, and a good (but expensive) restaurant. I would certainly recommend this hotel, but two things did stick out to me. 1) I wish that there were more rooms that took advantage of the location and faced the beach. Most were tucked away in the back. 2) The restaurant, which was very good, seemed out of place in the hotel. It was just too expensive. I ate at the restaurant and my bill for 1 person, 2 drinks, was $65.

Very pleasant, comfortable stay. Staff quite obviously happy in their work and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel Conveniently situated to public transport if required and the CBD was only a pleasant walk away

Would Never Recommend this Hotel, Never Coming BackPosted Mar 9, 2011
The Hotel itself was not bad & cleanliness was good, But the only thing that let the place down was the hotel staff, Unpleasant,Rude & Un polite & did not made you feel welcome, I requested some more Coffee With Artificial Sweetner & the hotel lady was even rude to me about that & wanted me to get it myself downstairs no customer room service that you expect, All though she did bring it to my room, She said to me in a sarcastic manner is there any thing else u want be quick i gotta go, she was in a hurry for some reason not that the hotel was busy at the time, I felt like i was treated like a room number with a price tag on it they are absolutely rude..

Motel room was what a motel room is the only problem was with the drain hole in the shower it was way to small to let the water out so the water covered the entire floor neede to put bigger drain in. but apart from that everything else was fine
