“Great Residence!”

Very nice place downtown. Close to public transport, shopping centers and restaurants. 100 m far from the lake and nice walk. It is a residence with cooking facilities in the room to make you feel at home. Excellent!

“Great find for a prolonged stay”

The room was perfect for my prolonged visit for work. It was close to supermarkets (so I could cook in the kitchenette), the lake to go running or walking each evening, transport, and restaurants (for when I did not want to cook). The beds were comfortable and pillows quite fluffy and comfortable. The continental breakfast was fine (I picked up my breakfast each am to eat in my room). The staff was helpful for all questions. I received a free bus pass for transport for my time in Geneva as well. It would just good to be aware that the room is cleaned weekly or upon request; however, any request was quickley performed. The room was more spacious than I expected from other European trips. I would recommend again or stay again for my next trip- business or pleasure.

“Nice apartment-like hotel, but noisy at night.”

This was a nice space to spend 8 days, but it lacked a comfortable chair, and it was difficult to control the climate. Also the safe was just too small to fit my 13" laptop, so I had to leave it with the office staff every day. It had a charm and efficiency to it - kitchen, cutlery, dishes, small fridge, heated towel rack, bathroom tiles that looked like wood. As an artist, I wished the window was larger so I could see the ground outdoors from the bed. Only one serious drawback: the area gets quite noisy at night - it looks upscale, but there are clubs nearby and prostitution was legalized in Geneva recently, so there is some of that in the area too. I didn't see it, but I did hear the commotion at night around 1am - people sounded like they were either drunk or on strange drugs. If you sleep hard this may not be a problem. Location was nice otherwise - halfway between the train/tram station and the lake - 5 minutes walk to either - and close to great restaurants and shopping. The hotel had good security.

“Good location and mediocre rooms for the price.”

The hotel's location is fantastic. Its right in the center of all the hotels and just a 10 minutes walk from the main station. I didn't like the fact that the carpet was kind of old and stained. Also the breakfast costs 12 CHF, and only had bread, hot water, tea, coffee, 2 types of juice and croissant. Not worth it ! Internet speed was very slow. Its fast only in the mornings when less people are using it.

“Adagio Geneve Mont Blanc review”

The location of the hotel was good (being very central) and staff were courteous and friendly. The hotel did not provide a cleaning service as I stayed for more than 3 days but offered it for another $45 per day. I was informed that I would have been entitled to daily cleaning had I stayed for three days or less (??). This was not in any documentation and was greatly disappointing. The kitchen contained the standard cutlery and crockery but no cleaning materials (soap, brush, tea towel). The room was very warm and the thermostat did not appear to be working. provision of consumabales (eg soap) was also disappointing. One small piece for use in both the kitchen and bathroom for the six days. All points to poor QC and attention to detail. I would not stay there again - despite the lovely staff.
