“Very pleasantly surprised”

My usual hotel in Geneva is being renovated, so I have been trying out others. After a couple of unsatisfactory experiences, this hotel was excellent, particularly my room. I am going back.

Great location. Great hotel; outstanding service!!! Very attentive to the guests needs and wishes. Extremely large rooms. The rooms need some updating, but their size and the extraordinary service compensate. We will return!

“Exceptional Hotel”

This was our second stay in this hotel. The first reservation was aslo made through expedia.com. We were extremely satisfied with our choice. There is no doubt that this hotel is one of the best in Geneva. It has a great location, walking distance from the shops, restaurants and all the attractions of the city. Our room had a court view which is the quiet side. The lake side, definitely more beautiful, may be too busy because of traffic. As for our experience during our stay in the hotel, service, room cleanliness, customer interaction, employees knowledge, helpfullness and professionalism, everything was excellent. Bottom line, you get what you pay for!

“Elegance in Geneva”

Hotel Beau Rivage in Geneva was a feast for the eyes. The family owners have worked hard to preserve the elegance and history of this classic hotel. The service and attitude of the staff was impeccable. The bedroom while on the small side and not overlooking the lake, was immaculate and quiet. The main dining room was superb. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for stepping back into time with all the modern conveniences.

“Would go back for sure, but very expensive”

Hotel was lovely, very upscale, wouldnt recommend for family holidays where looking for a more relaxed style. Business support as excellent, room size above average. If you want a quite room avoid the lake view rooms as it is on a busy street, Side rooms were very quiet.

“one of Geneva's best”

this is a very Eruopean hotel with consumate service and impecable care and attention. very close to central shopping and the Old Town, in a section with local shops and restaurants serving the people who live in this neighorborhod. On the lake, with views of Jet D'Or, and a 10 minute walk to the English Gardens and central Geneva. Very Genteel facility. Will go back.

We had a great stay at this hotel. They gave us a nice and recently renovated room. The room and the hotel decoration are great and unique. The service was excellent. We had nothing to worry about. If we needed something, it was provided in a timely fashion. Overall, everything worked out perfectly. And, thanks to Expedia.com, we got a great rate !
