Staff were very helpful with suggestions and arrangements for a brief stay in Geneva. Location is excellent - close to station, lake, and old city. Rooms were comfortable and quiet.

Overall a great place to stay near the train station, in what feels like a pretty safe area. The hotel is not fancy but the staff on reception were nice and the room clean a functional. The only slight issue was the noise from the street - but you are in a busy area. I would stay there again for price and convenience, but not if I wanted special or upmarket

Staff was exceptionally helpful in providing assistance whenever asked, which in our case was frequently. location, room, breakfast were all excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

I arrived a bit early and luckily my room was ready so they let me check in early. I was happy this place had AC as there was a heat wave when I was there and the location was great. It was in the middle of everything that I wanted to do with great dining options only blocks away. I didn't find it noisy, but I am from NYC. The main train station was just across the major street, but I never heard or felt the trains anytime when I was in the hotel. WIFI was excellent and I would definitely stay here again!

Friendly and helpful staff. The staff is customer first focused and very knowledgeable. Shopping, restaurants and transportation is right outside of the hotel making it very convenient for guests.

The rooms and common areas were spotlessly clean, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The property is extremely convenient to transportation, shopping, restaurants, and museums. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Geneva.

This is our second stay here. Can’t be beat for convenience to the train station. Super clean and comfortable. The AC worked well for our stay during a heat wave. The downside is that the rooms are tiny. OK for one person but two is a real squeeze. Otherwise, really very nice.

Super convenient across the Geneva train station
For travelers who are just passing through, this hotel is an excellent option as it is right across the train station. Easy to check in and check out if you're traveling by train or by plane. I left my room at 9:25 and was on the next train to the airport at 9:34. The hotel staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The train station neighborhood -- as all such neighborhoods -- isn't great. But it is easy to access the center of town from there + they give you a public transportation pass, which even covers the train to the airport.

This is such a gem of a hotel, perfectly located across from the train station (Cornavin) , the gentleman at the front desk was extremely polite, attentive and always smiling. I would go back to this hotel anytime. Dont be turned off by the proximity to sketchy bars, just practice common sense.
