Pretty good hotel and clean rooms. Short distance to a shopping mall and other restaurants. Only thing to highlight is that toilets are seated pretty high 😀 i am 174cm tall and barely touched the ground.. ha … overall pretty clean hotel and highly recommended.

Decent hotel but limited dining options
The hotel is a little out of the way and the dining options are limited to teh two adjacent properties, otherwise our stay was fine and free parking was available.

I had to pay $160 euros for room without a/c , when it says clearly on the ad description that a/c is included like all 4 stars hotel , wifi is really bad in the rooms , breakfast could be better … and just for coming from geneve to the French border I was charged 60 euros for a 20 min taxi trip … really? Not again

Location is very good. The room is excellent, in terms if amenities one of the best, fi not the best I stayed. I would give it a perfect score, except that (a) wi-fi is shaky (b) the thermostat was not (or was not supposed to) working. One can operate the heating/ventilation only manually and the heating was excessive.

Summers in this area are often hot. There was no air-conditioning in the room. It was impossible to sleep or to stay in the room in general. Also, although smoking is not officially allowed, nobody enforces it, people were smoking en mass on the balconies, we could not open windows. The overall level of noise is high. Kitchenettes are good. Personal was friendly.

This hotel could have been OK, but it was hot and the air conditioning id not work. I and a colleague also staying there asked for this to be fixed each day and it was still not working after a week when we left.Very uncomfortable sleeping with door to balcony open to try to cool down!

Great hotel!
Great hotel, I really like it. My only criticism is that the parking in the front is very badly designed and could hold more cars than it does. Customers get frustrated trying to park in the evening and there is no parking on the road. There is parking underneath the hotel, but you have to pay for it!

Front desk staff was always very friendly and helpful. Room was large, kitchenette had appropriate supplies, and it was all very clean. We have stayed here 3 times and would definitely stay again.

The front desk employees were all very helpful and friendly. We had a small problem with the room, which the manager rectified immediately. Also, my husband had a medical problem and the manager assisted in getting that resolved. She really went above and beyond the usual level of hotel support. My only disappointment was that the website advertised an airport shuttle, but the shuttle was not running and they don't know when they'll start it up again.

Good hotel, but not perfect
Nice hotel with a small "kitchen" with stovetop, microwave, mini-refrigerator, and dishwasher. The room is nicely decorated and the view is great for some rooms, less so for others. Location is good if you have a car. Stayed here before. Upgrade to better rooms if possible. Some problems with this stay: WiFi going in and out for the week and half and there was an odor in the bathroom. Note: housecleaning comes once a week so you have to stay long enough for them to come while you are there. Some of the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Environnement calme avec une très belle vue sur la montagne. L’hôtel est situé à deux pas de la frontière Suisse et permet de s’y rendre très aisément, à pieds. Seul petit bémol : les difficultés de connexion. Cependant l’endroit en vaut la peine, et nous y retournerons volontiers.

Excellent hotel with perfect accomodation for a family of four. also very good value for money. Breafast could be improved (when we arrived at 9.45 am, it was a bit chaotic and there was not much left to eat but we di manage to get breafst even if we had to wait a bit longer than we would have liked

Great hotel great staff very friendly and helpful. The only negative is maybe the kitchenette should have a few essentials cleaning products such as sponge washing up liquid and the bathroom should have a toilet brush. A part from that great stay and great mountain view.

This room was amazing. So efficiently organized with a great little kitchen that had everything we needed. The location was beautiful but out of the way (unless you have a car, which we didn't), so make sure you call ahead (24 hours) if you need their airport shuttle. Staff was friendly and helpful, but did not speak any English.

Best hotel for the money spent
This is by far the best hotel that I have stayed in Europe so far. have stayed in more expensive hotels with higher star ratings which can't come close to this facility.
