“Wouldn't return”

Needs a re-furb - rooms old and tired.

This is a good spot, close to the airport. The broadband is very good, breakfast OK by continental standards. It needs a re-vamp; shower curtains are so 20th century! No excuse for mouldy grout these days.

Hotel was the closest to the airport. As I had a very short business trip, this was ideal. Also, it offered a fantastic rate.

Good hotel. In between airport and town centre. Take bus just outside hotel to town centre/gare cornavin.

“Good Value, nice for biz trip”

Room was comfortable and clean, staff was very pleasant. Stayed here in December 06 (2 nights)and April 07 (1 night). Very good place for the money. Did not get a chance to use gym or pool. Not convenient to downtown / old town Geneva - but had business within walking distance of the hotel so didn't matter. A cab ride to downtown is about 10 - 15 minutes depending on traffic. Located a 5 minute walk to airport - we rolled our bags there at 5:45 am the next morning as the shuttle only starts at 6:15 am but it wasn't a problem (nice weather). Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Well suited to business and convenient to the airport with a very supportive staff Free internet option was extremely valuable and the business center staff were VERY helpful. Very nice restaurants for breakfast and dinner BUT.. price for breakfast (especially) and dinner seemed very high. Some furnture in the lobby was VERY threadbare

The hotel is rather run down with marginal quality of rooms(e.g. beds, pilows, etc.) Extremely bad quality of hotel restaurant namely service, food quality and exorbitant price (even by Geneva standards!)

“Unfriendly welcome”

Has anybody ever else ever parked outside a hotel reception and start to unload their luggage only for the hotel receptionist to come out and tell you to move on? Thats what they did to me, I explained I was staying at the hotel but this made no difference. I have never experienced such ignorant behaviour by a hotel receptionist before It is such a shame as the hotel itself is perfectly fine, the other staff were perfectly pleasant fine the bar staff and airport shuttle driver in particular were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the receptionist spoilt the stay for me and I could never recommend it to anybody
