“This hotel is mid-range, central and reasonably priced for Geneva which is expensive.”

I am comparing this hotel with the Steingenberger Herrenhof Hotel, Vienna, which I would give 4.9. This hotel is basic but adequate and very convenient to walk to the lake and to the centre of Geneva. Trams and buses ran within a few yards and the station was within easy access. I would give it an overall rating of 2.5 as the beds were very firm/hard and the pillows very thin. The breadfast were quite adequate but basic. There was nowhere to enjoy coffee or tea during the day other than on ones bedroom. The sitting area was in a corridor. The hotel was quiet .
