Nice little hotel, close to Lake GenevaPosted Jun 28, 2014
On arrival we were warmly welcomed and were given some great tips for places to visit during our short stay, and a good place to eat (even before we'd asked!). The valet parking was a bit confusing as the parking is elsewhere and the bit of road outside is for one way traffic with the other lane for bus/taxis. However, we were told it was ok to park right outside the hotel whilst we unloaded and the hotel staff took the car to their car park. The hotel is decorated very luxuriously, and our room was well appointed and very comfortable. There was a Tassimo machine and a good range of teas and coffees, which was unexpected. We were in the back of the hotel so didn't hear any road traffic or any of the usual city noises you may expect. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and would certainly go back again if we visited Geneva again

Eastwest HotelPosted Jun 17, 2014
Pros: The location and ambience
Cons: Perhaps a swimming pool would be nice.
Location: Its very close to the Old Town and the train station. As we were given a free transport Pass getting about was no problem at all.
Wonderful 4 night stay at the Eastwest Hotel. The hotel was very central, just a 5 minute walk to the train station and also a few minutes from the lakeside. The décor was welcoming and the staff were very friendly. The room was very comfortable with good amenities.

Centrally Located Hotel with Excellent FacilitiesPosted May 11, 2014
Pros: The location, friendly staff and clean comfortable room were all perfect and to our full satisfaction.
Cons: Honestly, can't think of anything. However, if airport/train pick-up and drop can be part of the deal it would be just wonderful.
Location: The walk across the lake is a must. Walk across the Montblanc bridge and take the ride to see the other side of the lake. Lots of nice shops too.
As first time visitors to Geneva, we wanted to stay centrally and make the best of the time available. Thankfully, Eastwest Hotel is most centrally located at walking distance from the railway station, the lake-side walk, the Montblanc bridge, the sight-seeing tour bookings, shopping areas and also currency exchange centers. The hotel, by itself, is wonderful and the staff members are most helpful too. The rooms are well appointed and facilities are good, too.

Need a turban to protect your headPosted May 7, 2014
Beware of invisible low ceiling beams in your room - three accidents in 12 hours - sleepless nights and painful scull, then bruises and headaches for the whole week after.

The Eastwest Hotel is ideally situated in Geneva: It is within walking distance of both the railway station and Lake Geneva and offers stylish, clean accommodation. The rooms are well equipped and maintained to a high standard. Staff in the hotel are pleasant, helpful and very efficient. Food is of a high standard and service in the restaurant is excellent.

Stayed one night in Feb 2014. We wanted a clean and nice hotel. The hotel location was good being walking distance from the lake and the various shops. The room provided was comfortable with a nice design and a very good bathroom. The hotel staff was polite and helpful.

Nice four star hotel.Posted Feb 11, 2014
Very nice hotel within easy walk of main train station. Friendly staff. No vegetarian option on the menu so we did not eat there. Wooden floors look very nice but does mean the rooms can be noisy if there is a heavy footed occupant in the room above. Good value for money in what is a very expensive city.

Wonderful hotelPosted Jan 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
Top notch hotel. Great location and a short walk across the lake to the Old Town. Very comfortable bed, Nespresso machine in the room, and the slippers/robes were a nice touch. WIll definitely stay here again should I find myself in Geneva.
