“Best service in Geneca”

This is a great hotel. The best thing about this hotel is the service. The staff are among the nicest and most professional I have encountered.

“Great Hotel in Perfect Location, Superb Service”

This hotel was fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful, even if your French is not the greatest. They are happy to speak to you in English. They were eager to recommend restaurants and nearby attractions and each recommendation was fantastic. The rooms were very spacious with a very comfy bed, nice furniture, and a beautiful large bathroom. They have a little business center with free internet access which we used to plan the rest of our trip while we were there, and the hostess happily served us while we were in there so that we didn't have to walk back and forth from the hotel bar. The parking lot was very convenient (highly recommend renting a car there, there is so much to see and do), though parking was somewhat expensive. It's a short drive to everything (shopping, Lake Geneva, great restaurants)and near highways if you want to head to other cities or cross the border to France. The breakfast buffet is pricey, but great to start your day. Next time my husband and I are in Geneva, we will definitely stay here again.

“Overall happy with the hotel!”

Pros: Good customer service, nice room, reasonable price (for Geneva), 2 block walk from the train station, 5 blocks from lake Geneva. Room was nice, clean. Cons: Surrounding neighborhood okay, not great. I was very pleased with the customer service: 1. I requested an early check-in (noon) by email, which they emailed back the next day that it would be no problem. When we got there, had no problems, were able to check-in at noon, while it appeared other people were leaving bags and had to wait to check-in. So was happy they were able to accommodate us. 2. I asked about internet access to check in to my flight early, and they showed me a small room with a computer with internet + printer so that was easy. 3. I asked about getting to the airport by train, and the front desk person looked up the schedule for me on the internet and told me the time and the platform to go to!

“Amazing”

The litle cuisine in the room was a wonderfull plus, because every thing in Geneva is very expensive so I could by food and drinks in a little market in front and by more chocolates and suveniers for my family.

Great little boutique hotel. Clean room, nice lobby, friendly staff. The only bad thing I could say is the tv is small.. :p but that is insignificant.

“Would Definitely return”

Hotel is centrally located and very convenient to bus, tram and rail travel. They provide a transportation pass which allows you to roam on public transportation for free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Wifi in the rooms was a bit slow to handle skype calls but very functional for emailing and web surfing. The rooms in the back are directly across from the train station. The room was well insulated so I was not bothered by the slight noise from the trains. It was a great stay!

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and very understanding when I showed up at 3am because of traffic. The breakfast was great, and the hotel very clean and comfortable. I would easily recommend to anyone travelling in Geneva.

“So nice!”

I stayed here for one brief night on my honeymoon and LOVED it. The hotel was nice (with the best--and most expensive--breakfast spread I've ever had) and a fitness room, the first I'd encountered on my travels. The room was wonderful with hardwood floors and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. It is an easy couple of blocks from the train station (why I chose it), and the staff is incredibly nice, helpful and fluent in English. Nice restaurants and shops nearby as well.
