“Decent hotel in convenient location”

I stayed there 2 nights only for a business-related matter in Geneva. It is in close proximity (5 minutes) from the train station. The staff at the service desk are courteous and speak English. They let me check in before their 3 pm check-in time policy which I very much appreciated after a long and tiring flight. I also received a Geneva Transport Card for the duration of my stay in the hotel which is good for the tram, bus and the train back to the airport. There is a cafe right inside which offers breakfast at reasonable cost. Plenty of other cafes, restaurants and shops in the area. There is also a supermarket nearby - Manor which offers a wide variety of products. The room was decent in size and quite enough for one person. The only critical observation I have is that the room needed some renovation, especially the walls.

“Great location opposite the police station but average hotel”

I arrived early and was facilitated with early check in because rooms were available and I appreciated this having travelled for 15 hours. I stayed there before and the first room was newer and did not make noise like the one I got this time. This one squeaked a lot when you walked and sometimes the pipes made noise when the neighbours showered. . Also they did not replace the coffee creamer daily and I had to ask for it each day. It got hot at nights when using the blankets but there was no sheet you could use so you were either too hot or cold. It was good for the price was close to the train station and one stop from the airport by train. Despite this I would stay again but I will ask for a different room. It is good if your are out all day.
