Pleasant stay. Room is clean and newly renovated. Staff is friendly. Many personal thanks to Sonise, who resolved some issues with my check-in quickly and professionally. Please keep in mind, that afterhours nobody is on reception, and entrance door is locked, so please pay attention to access code, which they email you with booking confirmation.

close to Geneva train station, however very unusual reception arrangements for luggage deposit. i had to provide a time for them to collect my luggage. doesn’t make alot of sense since the reception states it’s open between 9-6pm.

PROS: Great location with lots of cafes/restaurants at doorstep. Comfortable & quiet. Excellent & very accomodating staff. Free laundry facilities- great for travellers to catch up with washing. CONS: Lack of storage space. No ice available on premises - had to go to sister property 400 m away if you wanted ice.

No key cards, code entry was unique but overall convenient. Location was decent. Be warned, the amenties list parking when booking but in fact you have to park at a public garage and pay. The major disappointment was that we specifically chose the place because it offered air conditioning, however when we arrived they didnt tell us it was broken. When we inquired, we were told it would be fixed but it wasnt, and the after hours agent on the phome was not helpful and never followed up.

I had a lot of problem with the code to the door. At the evening there was no receptionist so I was afried to leave the hotel and not to be able to return to my room Another thing is the cleaning. The didn’t clean the room during my stay. I had to beg in order to receive at least clean and dry towels.

Property was centrally located and close to the train station and Lake Geneva (5-7 minute walk). Hotel was certainly what I would consider no frills and closed up at 9:00 PM - do not expect anyone to answer the phone at the front desk or be available for a wake up call. Additionally, do not believe them when they say air conditioned.

This hotel is conveniently located in a busy area of downtown Geneva. It is located near several restaurants, bars and only a short walk to the Lake and Train Station. The hotel is modern and met expectations

Front Desk spoke perfect English. I arrived earlier than checkin, so they rushed the preparation of my room so that I could get in there early. They provided a transit card that was good for 3 days on all Geneva transit, which was a great surprise.

Well-appointed, conveniently located
The hotel is in a great location - a couple blocks from the main train station, a couple blocks from the lake, and near a bunch of restaurants. Air conditioning is a big plus (I've been stuck in Swiss hotels in 90 F temperatures without so much as a fan). 24-hr coffee in the lobby was also a big plus (for me at least). The breakfast was quite nice and varied. And the room was quiet (at least when the window was closed). I was very happy during my 6-night stay.

My wife and I originally booked this hotel since our flight into Geneva arrived late at night and we needed a quick and convenient place to stay. As we walked from the train station to the hotel we noticed women standing on the street corners and men lingering around as well, which are clear signs of prostitution. Later that night we did some research and sure enough, this hotel is located in the heart of the Red Light District on Rue de Bern. Once we finally made it to the hotel we were told that our room had been given away to a "gold member" and the staff made arrangements for us down the street at their partner hotel. So we were left to drag our luggage further, late at night. I had already paid for our room in full before we arrived. I would highly discourage anyone from staying here due to its location and poor client care.

It is true that we are not fare away from the red light area from Geneva, however you could without avoid it either arriving from train station or while visiting Geneva. Our hotel is is the St Gervais area just in front a building housing the police station, the Geneve tourism office… Thank you once again for moving to our twin hotel same decoration, same breakfast and same direction.
