“great place in geneva”
We had a great stay in this hotel.clean comfortable room,good size ,not to far from the lake.Service as far as arranging trips could have been better,but they are mostly business and don't realy care for tourism.Weekend price is much better then weekdays.

Un trés bon acceuil à l'arrivée Chambre confortable , le fait de faire le lit le soir et de mettre une carte " faite de beaux rêves " est apprécié . la note globale est 10/10

mi sono trovato benissimo presso questa struttura, unico inconveniente la colazione troppo cara. ottimo anche tutto il personale.
“Lake Geneva, the shopping and great restuarants all a short step away!”
Four of us stayed at the Epsom in adjoining rooms we found the staff genuinely helpful throughout the stay wherever they came across you in the hotel. The rooms are very well planned although I might have added a shelf in the bathroom!The hotel has a really amazing location be it for tourism or work,near to the Lake, near to the UN and the designer shops the dot the area. Some of our party thought the breakfast was rather expensive coming as a supplement but there is a great variety in the buffet and it is topped up regularly for late risers.The hotel had a wide range of guests whilst we were there from confernece delegates,business people, young romantics and the tourists,which I think comes about from the great location. The hotel gave us a late check out and were very helpful. The were a great advert for Geneva, giving us a memorable stay!
“Cozy and nice”
Hotel Epsom was a comfortable hotel strategically located near Geneva's main road, Rue de Lausanne. The breakfast buffet was a surprise to me who has been used to having only 'continental breakfasts' in European hotels in the past. The staff was helpful and could speak good English. I will definitely return to Hotel Epsom on future trips to Geneva
“clean and nice”
This hotel is very clean and with very friendly and well-knowledged staffs. The location is relatively convient, which is 2 stops from the Cornavin station by stret car. Also, wireless high speed internet access is free of charge.
“Nice Stay”
One night in Geneva on Switzerland vacation. We found the hotel very nice and we got a good nights sleep. We would stay here again and recommend it.
“Hotel très agréable et calme”
Idéalement situé entre les Nations Unies et le centre-ville, tout près des transports en commun, facilement accessible en voiture, personnel très agréable et gentil avec un plus bien apprécié: la qualité du room service (je n'ai pas pu essayer le restaurant). Le risotto aux asperges était délicieux.
“Excellent standard and very friendly staff”
I always choose to stay at the Epsom when I am in Geneva. It is close to all bars and restaurants, but not noisy in the evening. The food is always good quality and beautifully presented and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Fluffy bathrobes and slippers are provided as well as sweets placed on your pillow after staff have cleaned the room. Staff are always friendly and provide an excellent service. Nothing appears too much trouble.
“Very Luxurious Hotel full 4****”
We had a superb stay at the Hotel Epsom. Easy to find and about five minutes walk from the station. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Room was superb, surroundings very nice with view of the lake from window. Couldn't fault the hotel - just about the nicest I've stayed in - and a free bus pass for the duration of our stay
