Comfortable 1 night stay, everything was fine, no complaints

“Excellent hotel in central Geneva.. highly recommended”

This hotel is a very good place to stay on your visit to Geneva. It is well located and easy for moving around. I took a taxi from the airport on my way in but it was really a waste of money as the location of the hotel makes it very very easy to get to using the excellent public transport system that Geneva has. Room was clean and the hotel is very well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Ordered room service one night but as in most hotels it was well not good value for money. All in all I highly recommend this hotel. Will certainly stay hre if I go to the city again.

“Good friendly hotel”

Located just a few minutes from the lake and about a 10-15 minute walk from main town centre. Hotel rooms were clean, well equipped and new looking. Very good and friendly service from staff at hotel - I regularly visit Geneva and this is not always the case in some hotels. Breakfast was fine and the dinner was very good. Internet access was free and quite fast. All in all I would recommend this hotel to travellers both for business and leisure.

We had a great stay in this hotel.clean comfortable room,good size ,not to far from the lake.Service as far as arranging trips could have been better,but they are mostly business and don't realy care for tourism.Weekend price is much better then weekdays.

loved staying here even though it was just for one night, loved the restaurant - the food was great and the service very attentive. All staff we met during our stay could not have done any more to assist!

Four of us stayed at the Epsom in adjoining rooms we found the staff genuinely helpful throughout the stay wherever they came across you in the hotel. The rooms are very well planned although I might have added a shelf in the bathroom!The hotel has a really amazing location be it for tourism or work,near to the Lake, near to the UN and the designer shops the dot the area. Some of our party thought the breakfast was rather expensive coming as a supplement but there is a great variety in the buffet and it is topped up regularly for late risers.The hotel had a wide range of guests whilst we were there from confernece delegates,business people, young romantics and the tourists,which I think comes about from the great location. The hotel gave us a late check out and were very helpful. The were a great advert for Geneva, giving us a memorable stay!

“Cozy and nice”

Hotel Epsom was a comfortable hotel strategically located near Geneva's main road, Rue de Lausanne. The breakfast buffet was a surprise to me who has been used to having only 'continental breakfasts' in European hotels in the past. The staff was helpful and could speak good English. I will definitely return to Hotel Epsom on future trips to Geneva

“Very impressed”

We found this hotel to be absolutely lovely. Far better than we expected. The food was great and although not directly in the centre, it was only a 10 min walk to the main train station. So for us, it was perfect! Highly recommended.

This hotel is very clean and with very friendly and well-knowledged staffs. The location is relatively convient, which is 2 stops from the Cornavin station by stret car. Also, wireless high speed internet access is free of charge.
