“Wondeful, charming hotel. Excellent location”

Wondeful, charming hotel, in an excellent location - super convenient to train station & rest of downtown Geneva

“Comfortable,quiet hotel very conveniently located.”

The room was quite traditional but spacious. The beds were quite firm yet very comfortable. The hotel is in a very quiet street and is itself quiet. On the negative side: the rooms are traditional style, whilst the past 5 years have seen a proliferation of electric devices to be charged at night, the hotel has not arranged for a power bar to be available, so sockets are hard to find. For the price, this rates as one of my favourite hotels in Geneva. Only it is often fully booked.

Clean hotel, convenient location, very friendly staff.

“Very pleasant”

First time to Geneva and the hotel was very pleasant. Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. On a side note (not related to the hotel) we were caught out by almost everything being closed all day on Sunday. Hardly any shops / restaurants were open!

Good place to stay no complaints. Close to the train station, and near the main shopping area.

“Great Hotel, Great Value, Great Location”

I've stayed here three times now, and each time it has been value for money given the central location. You can walk to all the amenities of Geneva without any hassle (or take the tram), it's close enough to the central station to be convenient, yet far away enough not to be part of the trashy station surrounds. Staff are helpful and speak English or French without drama. Only downside would be the occasional sounds that carry up from the street late at night on Saturday nights if you are on a lower floor (it can get a bit noisy on occasion if you are light sleeper).

“Very surprised”

On arrival had initial doubts, not your usual flash entrance hall, was in something of a side street and the decor and colour scheme in the room initially looked old fashioned. But.... closer examination showed that this old style was intended and not the result of lack of investment. The fittings in the bathroom were first class, the air conditioning worked very well, the beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean and very quiet. Would certainly stay there again

Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was luxurious, room was charming. Only negative aspect was the staff felt the room was too small and refused to put in a crib and a roll-away bed for my two children (I think there was plenty of space.) Otherwise, everything was great
