Excellent location. Trams stop right in front of hotel. Staff are good and helpful. Got upgraded to executive room for very little money. It was a great room, and we enjoyed our stay there very much.

Hotel Royal is the perfect hotel for travelers who want a clean, modern, standard room at a good rate and excellent customer service. The staff are courteous, helpful, and multilingual - all English speaking. Royal is conveniently located near the train station, so it was easy to access on arrival and departure. You can easily walk to the sites in 10-20 min. or take the Tram, which stops directly in front of the hotel. Great hotel for the price. Highly recommended.

I had to stay here overnight before catching a flight out and was absolutely delighted with the hotel. They just renovated the place, and it was great in comparison with a hotel that I had the displeasure of visiting earlier during the trip. I would recommend this hotel to friends, and have indeed recommended it to colleagues.

“Relaxing hotel”

The hotel rooms are very nice and comfortable but a bit small. I was impressed by the beautiful interior of the hotel lobby and the guestrooms and the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. There are always cookies and fresh fruit for hotel guests in the lobby. The location of the hotel is convenient near the main train station Cornavin. A little disadvantage is the neighborhood which to me seemed unsafe to walk in the evenings. Overall, I would be happy to stay in this hotel again.

“NICE HOTEL in Geneva for a short stay”

The hotel is very clean and modern. The deco is very artful. The staff at the reception were nice and spoke great English + other languages. Rooms are very roomy for European standard. Amenities are plentiful but everything comes with a price, of course. Location-wise, it is located 5-minute walking distance to the train station (7 minutes train ride to the airport) and 10 minutes to the Lake. There is a supermarket next to the hotel and a in-hotel restaurant (price a big high, but food was great!). Plus, there are lots of restaurant around the hotels you can choose from. At check-out, they made a mistakes on the bill, and the staff happily corrected it without any problem. Very good customer services.

“Clean, Convenient, and Very Comfortable”

The room was clean, the location was convenient though it seems the entire city of Geneva is convenient transportationwise. The staff was very pleasant and understood English. The breakfast spread was also great though a bit pricey.
