“An excellent airport area hotel”
Everybody in the hotel staff was delightful, extremely helpful and professional. Spacious, comfortable and perfectly clean room. 2 excellent restaurants (Latitude and Kamome Japanese Restaurant). Very efficient shuttle service from/to the airport.

During my trip to Switzerland I stayed at the hotel twice, first time was great, the hotel upgraded my room and offered excellent services even though it was very busy at the time.... second time the hotel was going through renovation in the upper floors so it was noisy, also appeared to me that there is shortage in hotel staff..... all in all i would recommend this hotel but when the renovation finish.

Loved the airport service....came every 20 minutes on the dot. Great room. Comfortable. Easy to go to Geneva.....via airport train (free...with hotel pass).

We liked the hotel, rooms are big, clean, renovated. The hotel is in very good condition, very nice restaurants wit delicious food. Very nice Japanees restaurant! Not far from airport- 10 min maximum.

Nice Hotel with three restaurants and a small casino. However, two of the restaurants were closed for the week so only the lobby restaurant was open. And it's expensive.

I like this hotel. Great location if your only aim is to visit Palexpo. Staff were friendly.
“Good hotel, not 5 stars”
This was a clean hotel, but no luxury. TV are old CRT 13 inch, not super large size rooms, but decent size. Bathroom was fine. Front desk personnel was corteous. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Really within minutes from the airport.

“Great Hotel and Close to Airport”
The hotel and service were great, except in the Japanese restaurant. Prices were very high and, if you weren't sitting at the chef tables, the service wasn't very attentive. We've eaten a lot of sushi and this was certainly not great quality for the price. I'd spend the extra 20 min to go into town.
