“Stay at the Hliday Inn instead”

The main complaint is that the hotel is not well maintained, has an unpleasant smell, which applies to everything from the front lobby to your bathroom. The manager agreed to give me a marginally better room only after I was about to walk away off the premises and telling them there is no way my credit card will let them charge me for that room. For the same money you can get a lot better room in that area. The only positive thing I found was free parking near the hotel, but I won't be surprised if it may frequently be unavailable, in which case you will likley be on your own as the hotel staff couldn't care less.
