Great European hotel with high level of service. The food is too expensive compared to the Geneve market, so eat at one of the many available restaurants in the area, and the beds are very hard. Ask for additional duvelts, they are like sleep on a stone bed. The hotel is very well managed and the concierge is very familiar with the local attractions.

“Very comfortable hotel in central Geneva”

My mother and I found this hotel in the center of the Geneva shopping district extremely accomodating. The service was excellent and my mother enjoyed having both Lake Geneva and the (very tony) shopping district so close, particularly since I had to leave her alone during the day while I attended business meetings. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling for business or lesiure.

“Excellent choice”

Listen to this--so I go for a run, come in the front door and they have a towel and an ice cold bottle of water for me! Helped me find a local doctor and refused to let me carry my bag up the five steps to the elevator.

“One of the best in Geneva”

We arrived at 730am and the front desk let us check in!! Our room was not ready but they showed us a availbel room which was extremley comfortable. The sheets were of extrmely high quality and very very soft. It was one of the cleanest hotels i have stayed in!! The FDS were very polite as was the bell captain.

“Great hotel in a great location”

The only downside was the small size of the standard room. Travellers that wish to pay more may get a larger room with a view to the lake.
