I like the location close to public transportation and shopping and not far away from the port but not close to the train station The price of accommodation per night were more higher than other people stayed in the hotle

We stayed for 1 week in September. All the staff were extremely friendly, front desk staff was helpful with all the questions we have had. We really enjoyed the breakfast, it was versatile and the smell of fresh pastries every morning was great. The room was clean and we had regular change of towels and sheets. Also, the hotel is well situated in the core of old city

The hotel is nearby the high-street shopping area, accessible by walking around. Breakfast is good, and the staff is very helpful and polite. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

We had a rental car so parking was very important to us. We first went to the hotel, uploaded our luggage and then drove through the crazy streets of Genoa to find the parking garage. The location of the garage is just a few blocks away, but due to one-way streets it felt as if it was further. Nice, comfortable room. The staff was wonderful --they told us about an elevator (free) that we could take us to the top of a hill with great city views - it was lovely to see the sunset from there, THANK YOU.

This hotel is top notch. The service, cleanliness and proximity to metro, train, buses, shopping and restaurants are so convenient. The room is very clean and bed comfy. the washroom is super clean. The breakfast is well worth the 8 euros. But what stands out the most are the staff at the reception. So professional, helpful and polite. Nicole loves her job and is always happy to see you. They go beyond their call of duty to accomodate you. It feels very safe and secure to stay at this hotel and especially welcoming. I give it a hands up ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel surpassed my expectations. The room was clean and spacious. It’s a great location for walking around Genoa. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a huge spread for breakfast, which we were able to add each day for only 5 euros. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Small but great
My ”twin” (single) room was probably the smallest room I’ve ever had in a hotel. There was just enough space to move around, but not really for anything else. The bathroom was great, but shower required some gymnastics to get out without flooding the floor. Despite being advertised and mentioned in the room description, there was no coffee facility. But the internet was lightning fast, the hot water was really hot and with good water pressure, the breakfast was amazing and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. The location is hard to beat too. If you don’t mind small rooms, this hotel is warmly recommended.

If we to return to Genoa, this is where we'll stay
Our room was decently-sized with a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. Breakfast for 5 euros was a real bargain - fresh scrambled eggs and delicious pastries (among other things). The staff was terrific helping us deal with our panic when we found that our pre-flight Covid tests had to be redone at the last minute when the rules were changed. The location is good -- near shopping and restaurants with buses stopping in the piazza out front.

Location very good, bed super and the best reception we had during our trip in Italy. However there is a stairs to enter the hotel, not handy with a buggy and the rooms are very dark. The breakfast was 30 minutes because of corona and 10 minutes before you had to leave, they already reminded you about it.

Great location, staff were very friendly. Irene, who welcomed us, was very lively and very welcoming plus gave us all the info we needed to get around. The down side is there is only one lift which serves as both a service lift and a guest lift plus it can fit two people with luggage or three people without luggage. There was no on-site parking, however there was good offsite parking at a public car park and this was about 200 - 300 m walk away. The WiFi was a bit choppy at first but got better. Good experience overall, thanks to the great attitude of the staff including the cleaning lady and dining staff
