Served our purpose for being near the airport along with a free airport shuttle. Limited menu for in house dining and a good walk to other dining options.

Decent but worn out hotel. Ac either didn’t work or was blowing room temperature air, my guess the system is old or very inadequate, we found this in several Italian hotels. The problem with this one was , however , that windows didn’t open

Good value, friendly hotel
Friendly hotel, clean comfortable and good value for a quick stop over while travelling to Genoa. Good parking underneath and some good local restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

An OK hotel for a night. Not enough coffee machines for breakfast, and bad location of the same in the room which is totally inconvenient for the people sitting at the table near them when people start making a line to get their coffee… overall disappointing for an Ibis Styles hotel, I wonder what part part was considered “stylish”

Pleasant surprise
totally recommended, been there only for one night but the service and room was great at fair price, breakfast is good as well. Walking distance from airport or train station as well restaurants.

Perfect for our flight out of Genoa. Close to the train and loved the airport shuttle. The woman at the front gave us a great recommendation for dinner and the breakfast was very nice.

Great Hotel!!!
The hotel rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean and modern. Very impressed with this hotel and the personnel!! It is in a great location for access to the airport and downtown Genova.

My mother on vacation with her best friend in Genoa. She was coming out of the bathroom stepped outside of the shower and slipped and hit her head and injured her collar bone. They were checking out the next day. The hotel called an ambulance and said they could stay one more day. She came back injured and in pain with a sling, rested the next day. When they were checking out, the Hotel Manager charged their room AND charged their meals. So much for the assistance of staying one more day. The hotel manager said they did nothing wrong, my mother and aunt said they needed either a "Bar" to hold on to and a "Matt/Towel" for the floor. They argued that the hotel passed ever inspection and it was not necessary. Normally, rules and regulations come out of accidents and incidents and this is one of them. The hotel manager hid from them as he didn't want to confront them when they checked out. A coward and inhumane, no consideration for an 80 year old.

Great location
Excellent stay. Have stayed at this hotel several times in the past as handy for working at the Port and lots of small eating places and other facilities. Staff are always excellent and super helpful and friendly.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and would highly recommend. Staff are always very helpful, courteous, professional and friendly. Rooms are in good order and well furnished. The food is excellent, if a little expensive.

Helpful staff,the breakfast was a little lacking but these are difficult times.The fruit juice was poor,but the bottled beer in the bar was good!
