“Lifetime experience”

We loved this hotel. From the moment we checked in to the time we left we were treated like royalty. The rooms are very spacious with a grand view of the city and snow capped mountains. The 34th floor large heated pool and jaccuzzi's are great. Staff at the pool, assisted to your needs, ie room service, drinks, towels or just information. We loved sitting outside in the jaccuzzi, watching the stars and being waited on without having to leave the water. They offer many choices for food and kids are allowed in this building in many areas. It is a really relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I have to say, the views this hotel offers, with its eligance and staff, made this an experience of a lifetime.

This hotel and casino was a lot of fun. We didn't win but enjoyed the staff and the atmosphere.

The rooms were as good as it gets. We have stayed in Las Vegas, Laughlin and Wendover Nevada and were not disappointed. We are ready to to back. In fact we were planning on driving to Laughlin, Nevada but decided on Black Hawk instead and are so happy we did. And my the way the pool is amazing.

Blackhawk is gambling in the Rockies- We had a great room on the 24th floor- good change of pace from skiing- price was reasonable - This was the newest hotel- there- and I would stay again-

“Great Stay”

Wonderful new hotel in Black Hawk. Rooms are absolutely gorgeous and spotless. The mountain views were stunning and the pool area on the roof was very pleasant. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and professional. We even had a bit of luck in the casino. Perhaps the only disappointment was that the only restaurants that were open in the evening while we were there (Monday/Tuesday), were the deli and the buffet, and room service ended at 10 pm.

I had read some previous bad reviews of this hotel, and I was concerned. However everything was great, the staff was very helpfull, and courteous. I would definately stay there again.
