The front desk staff went out of their way to help me receive fed ex package and send e-mail documents that was most helpful. The room was very comforable with nice TV. enjoyed the two day stay. Looking forward to return

This hotel was outstanding, the wife and I went up for my birthday and we had a great time.

We had told the hotel ahead of time we wanted a king bed,it was our wedding annvi. Someone told me they will do something nice for us.It turned out that we got a room with two beds and we got the side of the hotel where we couldnt get see anything but large rocks. When the guy told us,thats all he had,or come back in a hour and see if he had anything else,but than he said he already knows there wont be anything else. We told him that wasnt right since we told him ahead of time wanted we wanted.Oh,before I forget he said to us, I see you used Expedia,which made us think,thats why we didnt get what we wanted,because we didnt have to pay their hotel rates. He was rude and alot of the people out on the floor was rude too.

This hotel is a casino as well but the hotel facilities are quite separate. The restaurants are reasonable priced.Recommend visiting Georgetown which is near by.

The hotel is nestled in a beautiful canyon. The rooftop pool was amazing. Every place we dined was exceptional. The only thing I have to complain about is that the walls are too thin. Our neighbors were loud and played loud music till 2:00am. We didn't report them to the Hotel or I'm sure they would have done something. Best hotel in the area by far.

We read the wonderful reviews on this hotel and we agree that the Ameristar Blackhawk was a great place and so beautiful. It is a 5 star on our list and one of the most beautiful resorts we ever stayed at.

First time my wife and I stayed here and is by far the best hotel in black hawk. From the most modern room design and what I feel is the best bed in town. Hotel staff very nice and informative Next trip to black hawk we will be staying in this hotel no questions asked

It was an acceptable hotel. A little noisy in the mornings. We had booked a non-smoking room and upon check in, were advised that they had switched us to a smoking room. I was a little upset at the fact, but the hotel staff did deoderize the room and it was tolerable. Front desk at hotel told us that they would work on getting us a credit since we got moved into a smoking room. When we checked out, our room had been paid for - which was quite suprising.
