Nice hotel

Nice hotel but noisy when others come and go from their room...we got a smoking room and there was cigarette burns all over the room which was nasty. The beds were o.k. but not that comfy.front desk person was awesome and.friendly

Could have been better was anniversary

I was pretty disappointed that they didnt aknowledge. It was are anniversary I had a much better time whenI stayed at the Ameriastar. And it wasnt are anniversary they treated us better and alot more extras I might think of giving your Hotel a second chance but Im alittle leary I would rather go where I know where they treat you special (RIGHT) THANK YOU FOR ASKING ABOUT MY opinionI just hope maybe next time your hotel and staff will treat someone better on there 28th anniversary Thank you!!!!!!!!!!! I hope this helps

great but problems

Pros: close to casino's, eatery, friendly staff, easy check-in
Cons: make sure all the showers work and if there is a situation please let people know before they check in!!
Check-in was fast, pleasant, was not told about the $50 hold on the credit card... lead to some embarrassing moments elsewhere.... shower did not work... the light above the tub was leaking water, room was very clean smelled great soft beds cool climate...

The rooms were nice. Had a good time at the craps table. We asked for late check out, but they couldn't accommodate. .

Waste of money.

Room was right next to elevator, I heard both elevators all night, up and down. Paper thin walls, heard every conversation.

Just an average hotel

can hear everything from adjacent rooms; the lack of a thermometer made it difficult to get a comfortable temperature. I expected more for $180/night

Not a very good check in experience. Did not like that you had to go is Isle to check in after 10:00 p.m

Nice hotel close to many other casinos

Pros: Liked it had smoking rooms
Cons: Window should open
Was disappointed, I had a smoking room...Window was suppose to open 4". It did not, therefore I felt as I was smoking in a box. Also in the AM, housekeepers are cleaning others rooms, naturally, and I wake up hearing the vacuum cleaner being run and pushed into the wall.
