Handy to the Teller Opera House

Posted Jul 25, 2015
Pros: locat6ion
Cons: more lighting
Location: N/A
The two rooms we had were rather dark, because one had 2 light fixtures and the other 3. Those large rooms would require more light if one was to do any paperwork, even reading. The dispensers in the bathroom were not checked to be full. Seems like at that price, there should be a coupon for a breakfast. All the other upscale hotels offer that.

Average room in above average setting

Posted Jun 18, 2015
Central City offers visitors a laid back and dramatic setting thanks to the quant, old western town and surrounding mountains. Blackhawk is a little more modern and vibrant and is a short 2 minute drive away. The Reserve hotel had limited gaming options on the 2 nights I was there - 1 blackjack table and 1/2 (yes, a half) of a craps table. My room was big, but awkwardly open with a lot of unusable space. The bed had a big lean to it. Otherwise, the room was sufficiently clean and comfortable. The staff at the front were friendly.

Pros: Price and the room was nice,
Cons: The walls in the bathroom did not seem the same grade as the shower and tile.
Room was nice but being a non-smoking room, it smelled like at some time someone smoked in it.

More than what I expected

Posted Jun 15, 2015
The hotel room was more than the typical hotel room. It was bigger in size and much nicer especially the bathroom. I felt like I was actually getting my money's worth with the room. The staff was also very nice! After we checked in and made it back down to the lobby the front desk clerk asked if everything with the room was ok and if we needed anything. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again

Rigid

Posted Jun 3, 2015
Pros: nothing
Cons: hire some dynamic people
I had reason to deal with a female supervisor and she spoke and acted like a robot. There was no flexibility.

Good Price and Comfy beds!!!

Posted May 29, 2015
Booked hotel on Expedia and that was $30 cheaper than just booking through the hotel website. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy!! The room also has a refrigerator and Kurig coffie maker.
