“fabulous”
Friendly helpful staff clean and tidy room,lovely pool area.Free internet use.
“Nice and quiet”
We enjoyed a happy few days which suited our needs for location, quiet, room service and restaurant
“Got what we expected”
The hotel was value for money and the previous reviews were accurate in that it is dated and a bit drab. However the staff were attentive and helpul and we feel for what we paid we got value for money. Seems that the hotel is value for money as it appears to be full most of the time. Ashton on reception was particulary helpful.
“Expensive, small and out-dated”
I think this hotel only survives (and our reason for booking it) is because of the lack of other hotel choices in the area. The room was small and in desperate need of a complete renovation. It wasn't cheap so we were expecting something much better. One plus side was the free use of the washing machine and dryer in the laundry, other than that there's not much going for it.
