“Impressesed with the service”

The staff at this hotel were the greatest. All were personable and ready to help in all situations.

Room was in terrific condition, everyone was nice, great central location in Germantown and a good breakfast variety. The only negative thing I can think of is that I could -really- hear other doors near me closing at night. Other than that, it was pretty much great.

Good location, good quality for the price paid.

It was just fine for one night. The rooms were small, so I would have felt cramped staying much longer.

“Ovenight business stay”

If you are only in need of a clean, safe hotel room for a short stay, this hotel is sufficient for your needs. It is very close to several Cordova/Germantown businesses and is inexpensive but there are no frills. The room was clean and the TV and cable were good but the bed was just standard. The water was not hot during the morning rush hour shower.

“dirty walls”

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The walls in my room were dirty. It needed to be painted. Overall, the room felt dirty. I colleague of mine had a different room on the first floor and it looked like it had been recently painted. It looked nice and they were happy with it. f you stay here, as specifically for a newly refurbished or painted room. My colleagues room was on the first floor so perhaps asking one of those is a good bet.

“Adequate in Germantown.”

This is an adequate hotel in a safe location but there are no frills. The a/c was rather loud and the hot water is only mildly hot. The carpet and linens were only adequate. The price is low and the location is good.

“rude employee's!”

rude employee's from the moment i got there. smelled of curry throughout the hotel. room was lacking amenities and smelled of vomit. asked for another room and was told they were sold out. one towel and soap for two people, dirty hair plugged in both drains and shower, a ring of filth around shower walls and curtain, beds had cheap linens that were ripped on corners, a/c was loud, loud, loud and smelled like the filter was never changed. at night the parking lot was at 25% capacity. they were not full as we were told. pool was murky and green alagea around edges and steps. never stay here again. i did not stay the second night as planned.
