This hotel was very well kept and has a very friendly staff. Anything I needed during my stay was taken care of immediately. The location was great too - everywhere I was going in Germantown was only a few minutes away, including downtown Memphis. The next time I visit, I know exactly where to stay!

“Great price - great hotel - free breakfast!”

This hotel is located in a great area of Memphis and is close to the highway. Germantown is an affluent area with lots of great shopping and restaurants nearby. Overall, this was a great value for a hotel. Clean rooms, great price, safe location, free breakfast, indoor pool for the kids - what's not to love?

“Great Experience”

When looking for somewhere to stay near Graceland we got online and started reading reviews for area hotels we could not believe what we were reading about the hotels we ended up staying here because of the good reviews we read it was farther than we had thought it would be but wasn't out of our way and was easy to find. the staff was very nice and the heated pool was actually very warm and comfortable compared to other hotels we had stayed at who claimed to have a heated pool the only thing we notice was our room didn't have a mini fridge it was that big a deal cause we were only staying one night. i assume that because there was ice machines that our had been removed to be fixed.

“Fairfield Inn is My New Home Away From Home in Germantown”

The Fairfield Inn was an excellent choice of hotels to stay in. The staff are all very professional and friendly. The rooms and the hotel itself was very clean. There was not one hint of a moldy or smokey smell anywhere in the entire building. I was very satisified with my stay. Bring a swiming suite because there is a very nice indoor pool as well as a 24 hour gym. I have stayed at several hotels in the area and I have never been satisified as I was with Fairfield Inn. I will definitely stay there again.

“No Complaints”

This is quite close to a friend's home and we have stayed here about 5 times in the past few years. Staff is always friendly, the room and the hotel are always clean and fresh. If the free breakfast is important to you, make sure you are not here during any type of tournament. Three times we have been here when there was a soccer/softball/basketball or other type of tournament and the hotel was overrun with very active kids who monopolized the pool and common area - went through the breakfast food like a blight. We always plan to eat breakfast out.

“Nice hotel in really safe area of Memphis suburbs”

My main concern about visiting Memphis is safety. Germantown is known as a safe quality neighborhood.. I felt extremely safe there! The staff was kind and considerate. The hotel was up to date and clean. The morning breakfast had so much variety! I was very happy with everything.

“Very Nice”

My recent stay was quite pleasant. We found the hotel to be clean, actually it seemd there were maintenance and housekeeping personnel constantly busy maintaining the appearance of the property. We had one small issue (slow shower drain) that was dealt with immediately. ***Note-there is a train that passes nearby that you can hear the horn in the early morning hours. If you are a very light sleeper could be a problem. Overall, the best feature was the staff....extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely concerned with our well being. We'll be going back to the Memphis area and will definitely stay here again.
