Gero Gero
Fantastic stay in Gero. The city has changed and Fugaku has adopted to the changes. The service and kindness of the staff made this visit memorable.

Fantastic Stay
Hotel provides shuttle service to and from the train station. Breakfast and dinner are good and many varieties. Staffs are polite and helpful. Will stay again! Highly recommend stay!

Friendly staff
One of the hotel staff, Ben, is from Hong Kong who is very helpful and friendly. Hotel room is a bit small compared with similar onsen hotels we used to stay in other parts of Japan though. Food is good. Overall great experience.

Enjoyable trip
Had a great time with warm gesture from the staff. Highly recommended for tourists who can’t speak Japanese as the manager, Ben is able to communicate via English & mandarin.

Superb service. Nice stay.
The hotel is quite cozy. It took a 10 min walk from JR to the hotel but staff arranges a van to take us back and forth the station. It’s especially helpful due to the snowy weather and the slippery streets. The room was comfy except that the indoor balcony next to the windows was quite chilly, even we had already turned up the heater. The hotspring was fine but the outdoor one for ladies didn’t provide showers nor a heated changing area, so basically you had to tolerate the cold and make sure you jump into the hotspring quick enough to get warm. Staff was super helpful. JR stopped on the day of our departure due to snow. The Chinese staff Ben called us and arranged bus tickets for us. The fact that he spoke Cantonese allowed us to understand the situation clearly, and he even wrote a note in Japanese for us to get a refund of JR. It was a relief to get out of the place when all trains were stopped and we appreciated that he made it all the way to ensure we got on the bus to Nagoya. He was our angel of the day.

The overall service, hotel environment, food and hot spring was excellent. I would like to explicitly mentioned that the hotel provides in-room dining to keep tradition style. Most of the staff do not know English but they are really willing to help. Their sales manager, Ben, is a helpful, expansive and friendly. He is from Hong Kong as well. He knows speaking many different language and provided brief introduction to every new guest. He even came to our room to introduce the dinner and help taking photos to us. The hotel provides both indoor and outdoor hot spring. The temperature of the water was high enough too. The hotel provides free parking but you cannot see the parking lot because the staff would serve the parking and get back your car when you would like to good out in the morning. To sum up, base on the price and overall qualify, this hotel is highly recommended

Warm service at Gero
A great place to stay overnight. It is close to the town center. Room is spacious and the meals served was excellent. My friends and I love the hospitality offered from the check-in to the room service, and the check-out process; ever ready with a genuine smile!

A lovely ryokan experience
The experience was first class, from the friendly pick-up from Gero Station to the drop-off at the end of our two night stay we felt welcomed. Ben is a fantastic host with lots of helpful tips (particularly as out visit coincided with the busy Takayama Spring Festival, 14-15 April). The room was spotless and a good size for a family of three, the tradtional Japanese breakfast and dinner was enormous, beautifully presented and delicious. Highly recommended.

Good stay at Fugaku
The stay was very nice and Ben Sir can speak cantonese which brought us so much conveience. The dinner and breakfast served decently and the hot springs were pretty nice.

likely recommend to all my friends whom plan to go gero, the price is fair, foods are good, the hotel is tidy and clean and also provide pick up and drop off from JR gero! it made our life much easier when travel with big snow

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent dining and hotspring experiences. Most of the tourists attractions within walking distance. Don't miss the "Hotspring museum" which is very educational.

Hotel provides free transportation from train station and we were warmly welcome on arrival. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast service are good. Hotel is clean but abit dated. They could change the sofa fabric as it looks old.Very good view of the river and mountains from our room.

Fantastic and Comfortable Stay
Wow, the manager met us and accompanied us all the way to the rooms and explained the details. We saw our family name on the welcoming board at the entrance: it made us feel like coming home. Room is clean and comfortable. Onsen is fantastic. Location is good to us: not too close to "town center" but walking distances to all the interesting spots in town. We took a leisure walk around the surroundings; it was good and we tried all the public foot-onsens along the way. A wonderful experience.

Good luck for us because we stayed at Gero during the firework festival , it is so beautiful. Happy for stay at Fugaku 1 night. The staff and meal are nice. ^__^

They will pick you up from jr station if you call them. Manager Ben can speak cantonese so we have no problem communicating . They will provide yokata and you can choose the pattern u like. Dinner is being served in the room.

We knew that we would be in Gero for only 1 night, so we chose Fukaku because it was close to the station and a reasonable price. We were surprised, however, with how great the service was. When we called the hotel to ask for directions to the hotel from he station, hey sent a car to pickups up. As our reservation included dinner and we arrived around 6 pm, we were worried we might be too late to arrange the dinner for the evening. Instead, the staff, including our friendly concierge, "Ben", arranged for us to have an amazing multi-course meal arranged in our room for 6:30 pm. We were elated. The only drawback for some is that the building is an old one and you shouldn't expect a very new and modern building. However, the hotel is across the street from a very nice government-run onsen for a small fee.

지도상으로는게로역에서 숙소까지 가깝게 보이나 보행자도로가 협소해서 픽업차량을 예약하고 이용한게 잘한 선택이었다.난방은 천정에서 온풍기가 작동하는 시스템으로 훈훈했고 웃풍은 없었다.다다미방에 침구를 깔고치워주는 방식을 고수하고 있고.식사는 룸서비스로 제공한다.방에 온수와 냉수기를 비치해서 편리했고,냉수를 마셔도 배탈은 없었다. 유우가는 남자는 옷장에 매일 새것을 넣어주고 여자는 로비에서 골라입을 수있다.욕조는 방에 딸려있지 않아 조금 실망스럽지만 지하1층,지상5층에 시차를 두고 남,녀가 번갈아 사용하고 옥상에 노천탕도 이용가능하다.노천탕은 그냥 욕조만 있으니 대형타월을 갖고가 대충닦고 실내탕에서 마무리해줘야 한다.첵인하면 료칸입구 칠판에 투숙객 명단을 써놓는데 그날의 국적분포를 짐작할수있다.일본인,중국이나 대만,한국등.식사는 조식은 반상차림이나,석식은 한상차림으로 가이세키차림표를보고 메뉴를 알 수있다.서비스직원은 일어,영어도 가능하며 동남아인이 한다.식사의 질은 나는 만족하지만 동행인은 중간이라고 한다.종류는 정말 다양해서 좋았다.조,석식을 푸짐하고 먹고나면 중식,야식이 별로 땡기지 않아 비용이 많이 절감되었다.로손편의점에 물건이 다양해서 주류,스넥을 사면 편하다.온천세는 1박당 인당150엔이며 첵아웃시 지불했다.전반적으로 만족하며 조용히 쉬고싶은 사람에게 추천한다.나고야에서 편도 4700엔 기차비 감안하고,다카야마 완행열차 편도 990엔하면 좋을듯 하다.

最低！でも料理は一部良し。でも、もう無い。
着いた時のフロントの対応は良かったです。 浴衣も選べました。 車も従業員の方が玄関から移動してくれて、帰りも玄関横まで移動してくれました。 夕食のお肉のほうば焼きと豚肉の蒸し物は味が良かったです。量が少なかったのが残念。 鮎の塩焼きは、冷めて干からびた感じがした。好き嫌いがあるので代替品と選べると嬉しい。 お風呂から出て喉が渇いていたのに、何処にもお水が無い。ウォーターサーバーくらいはい置いて欲しい。 中居さんにお水がありますか？と訊ねたら「あります。」の返事だけ。その後、何のアクションも無いまま夕飯の配膳をしていたので、「お風呂から出て喉が渇いているので、すぐにお願いします。」と言わないと持って来てくれなかった。 夕飯後、お風呂に入っていたら、大声で喋りながら、さっき配膳してくれた中居さんが次から次へと入って来た。 お客さんが入浴中に従業員が入浴しに来るなんてあり得ない！ それも大きな声で喋りながら！ 朝は部屋食だからって7:30に有無を言わせず男の人が布団をたたみにきた。布団の上でボーッとしていたら、「布団をあげますので」とボーッとすることも出来なかった。 朝食後は、すぐにに片付けに来た。 まるで、従業員の働きやすさを優先しているよう。 泉質は良い。 露天風呂は外から丸見え！ 誰が入るんだろう？女性は絶対に入れない。 竹とか簾で囲って欲しい。 もう二度とここには泊まりません。

비행기가 연착해서 숙소에 조금늦게 도착했어요 그런데 픽업와서 기다려주시고 가이세키시간조정해주시로 전세탕 시간도 다조정해주셨어요 무엇보다 처음가본 료칸이라 어떻게해야할지잘몰랐는데 (한국인직원분이쉬는날) 일본직원분께서 너무친절하게 천천히 재미있게 설명해주시고 가이세키 히다규는 말할것도 없이 너무맛있었어요 단지 편의점이 조금 걸어야한다는점

在JR下呂站步行前往 到達時因未夠時間check in 就只放低了行李 但旅館知道我們去下呂溫泉白川鄉 不但給我們毛巾(浸腳用) 還安排車輛送我們到下呂溫泉白川鄉 帶我們到客房的介紹得很詳細 有任何問題都樂於解答 但溫泉水不夠熱 懷石料理都一般

值得住的溫泉旅館
有穿梭車接送 ，服務親切 ，接待員流利普通話 ，介紹細緻親切 ，有美麗的浴衣任選 ，比其他一般溫泉酒店的美麗很多 ，因酒店不算多房間 ，浸溫泉可以很鬆蓉 ，不多人 ，溫泉質素很好 ， 有幾個場地 ，尤其是展望台風呂， 溫泉中可欣賞美麗景色 。房間非常舒適 ，整體良好 ，唯一時日不知為何，深宵及晨曦有人揼嘢，隔聲 一般。

感谢您选择我们下吕富岳酒店，我们酒店都会提供免费的接送巴士(需要提前预约)， 服务时间段：从JR下吕车站到旅馆 (13:17-18:30)； 从旅馆到JR下吕车站 (7:30-10:00)。 从JR下吕车站到旅馆驾车需要3分钟，徒步需要10分钟左右。 在酒店的大厅为女士们提供了各种不同款式的浴衣，女士们可以根据自己的喜好随意挑选，在泡完温泉之后，也可以穿着浴衣出去到附近的温泉街散步拍照 ，让您和您的朋友们尽情享受假日。 我们酒店内的温泉有分室内 以及露天温泉，您可以根据自己的喜好在不同的时间段选择不同的温泉，享受不一样的风景。
