Great place at Gettysburg.

Posted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: Very relaxing grounds. Homey.
Location: Everything you want to do at Gettysburg is close, yet this B&B is out of town and very private.
All was excellent except one encounter with a maintenance /grounds keeper man. He was rude to my wife when she was helping to entertain a couple of other patron's little children. Other than that all was really excellent. We especially enjoyed the historians, breakfasts, and afternoon cookies. The staff were very friendly and helpful also.

A Step Back in Time

Posted May 13, 2013
Pros: Its location and grounds.
Cons: While the breakfast was fantastic, it was too formal with one sitting time and assigned seats. If you missed you were out of luck.
Location: The Battlefield is a must see. Get a guide for the best experience. Sidney's at Willoughby Run us an outstanding restaurant for dinner fo foodies.
This Inn is located on the edge of the Getttysburg battlefield and was built about that time. It is appropriate for a visit to one the most important historical landmarks in the country. The rooms are clean and quaint. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent!
